I didn’t catch the guy’s name, but I walked in with my 2 daughters and a baby and he immediately came to ask if I needed any help. I was trying to get cleats for the girls. He offered to order some, but as I was needing them that day, he went to the back and grabbed different kinds in different sizes to help find the girls some they like. He was super patient and after trying about 3 different sizes they both found some they liked and he had them waiting at the counter for me, as I was waiting for my husband to get there to pay. The lady that checked us out was also nice. But I really did appreciate that man and his patience with me and the kids. He saved me so much stress.

I had one of the best experiences shopping at hibbetts today that I've had anywhere in a really long time. I have an debilitating disease and shopping for shoe's is never fun anymore. I decided to give Hibbetts a try. Mrs Kim was fantastic. She took her time to understand what I need. She made it so easy for me. I will be back.

Both salespersons on the floor walked by me more times than I could count. All they were doing was standing around talking about people. The only employee that was actually working was the gentleman running the cash register. I do a lot of business with Hibbett Sports but I wont be back to this location in Thomasville Alabama!
