Walgreens

The newer female pharmacist seems to have a God Complex. It doesn't matter what your condition is or your history if she doesn't feel you need your refill your not getting it no matter what. Even if your doctor sends in a new one. Must be a good ol church going non judgemental kind.

This is the worst Walgreens I have had to deal with!! I have been trying to get my medication for 2 days now! I traveled 30 miles for them to tell me they dont have all of the medication and to come back in the afternoon. I drove another 30 miles for them to tell me they haven't unloaded the truck and my medications wouldn't be available until the following day! I drove another 30 miles to be there at 9 AM for the tech to say there wasn't any prescriptions to fill!!!!! I have a double ear infection and am getting worse by the day!! I received the confirmation from my doctor the order was sent yesterday! I am still currently waiting for confirmation that the prescription has been filled so I can drive 30 miles to pick them up! Completely Unprofessional!!

I totally agree with the lady above that left a comment. Moses is the best pharmacist you will ever come across!! A few of the others need to be trained on how to talk to and treat a customer. And she's right about them answering the phone and automatically putting u on hold and KEEP putting you on hold for 30-40 minutes. I end up either hanging up and calling the manager or calling them over and over til they answer the call. I have said something to them about it a few times but they are never apologetic. Do better Walgreens.

READ ENTIRE POST!! The only employee that is great and is doing everything right is the nigerian pharmacist.. He does his job to perfection... That 1 star is for him and him only!! Bc i wouldnt give walgreens ANY STARS OF IT WASNT FOR HIM! Bc that star isnt for walgreens. If i Didnt have to give them 1 star, I wouldnt give them any stars. They are rude, ignore customers, take personal phone calls chit chat with the other employees and when you call... They instantly pick up... And then put you on hold. (Without saying anything, ) and you can clearly hear them do it! I was om hold for 20+ min and they did that 7 times throughout the 20 min.... And Never said a word... Just kept picking up and putting us on hold. So i called the manager ans she went and handled it. But thats the 3rd time in 3 weeks thats happened! Then another time they gave me the wrong blood pressure medication and wouldnt take it back bc they said i walked away with it... ( who opens their script before leaving the store? ) NO ONE. Their excuse was the guy behind the counter is new. Thats not an excuse. That medication could have killed me. But they didnt care, they made me pay for the right one after i just paid for the wrong one and never got a refund. There are so many things i could complain about... But they are so unprofessional. If i could manage this store... Wouldnt be none of this non sense! Get it together walgreens!

Pharmacist is awful. We are on vacation and he cant understand that? Ive gotten mt meds at Walgreens for 15 years, but not a single time after today. What a clown show.

The pharmacy is staffed by professional carring employees. The Pharmacist, Ms Terri is awesome She goes beyond and above any Pharmacist I have ever known. Thank you for making my family feel like part of their family.

The line is always long for the pharmacy inside and for the drive thru. Pharmacy customer service sucks. The woman was very rude and unprofessional. The store advertises to use the Walgreens site for vaccine shots. The Thomasville Walgreens doesn't honor site appointments and doesn't care that they wasted your time and money to come into the store.

The absolute worst pharmacy i have ever dealt with and thats saying alot because i also lived in England where pharmacys are horrendous. Anyway these people are totally unprofessional. Long waits at the drive thru just to be told they are still filling it drive back around and wait again. Doctor called in three prescriptions for me only one was filled and i didnt even know i had the other two until a month later because they never told me. I was asked by my doctor if the medicine had helped ...well no because they never gave it to me ! The last time i went was a few days after my neck surgery . I once again sat in about a 20 minute drive thru line. Got my pain meds and they had shorted me 30 Percocet. I went back when i realized and was treated like a lieing drug addict ...very rude ! I was told i would have to wait until inventory to get the rest IF INDEED i was shorted...WOW just WOW ! Needless to say im done with them before they give me someones heart meds as pain medication or something and kill me. Ive transfered my prescriptions to Walmart !!
