Doggie Style

Stephanie goes out of her way to be accommodating. I called at the last minute on a busy day. She got me in and did a excellent job. Hats off to Sue. She owns a great business. Everyone leaves happy.

The young lady working there, I believe her name is Stephanie, she is super nice. However, the lady and the gentleman are not friendly at all. Overall they do a good job, but this two people need better costumer service

Strongly do not recommend. Due to negligence (not intentional of course) they cut off my pet’s tail. Had to rush him to Hillside Veterinary Hospital for emergency surgery. He ended up having to have 2nd surgery, tail amputation, because a clipper chewed his tail. Vet said they had seen this before when groomer leaves pet unattended with live clipper on table. Groomer claimed to run through insurance (required in AZ) at my request but then went radio silent so I was stuck paying over $3000 in vet bills. Very shady.

First time in to this groomer. They are caring and friendly. They took our baby in snd did a FANTASTI job on Milo. He went from a Scruffy Boy to a Handsome Dude. I highly recommend this Groomer.

I bring my dog Kramer here and Stephanie does an amazing job. He is a Coton D Tour so he’s not an easy puppy to cut, but she does such a great job with him. I really appreciate her.

My recent experience at this pet grooming establishment was deeply disappointing. While my first visit went well with a younger groomer, my most recent encounter with an older groomer named Sue left me quite concerned. My dog, who is a small 15-pound companion, was immediately distressed upon seeing Sue, to the point where she even attempted to leave immediately. Animals have a way of sensing things, and I should have listened to my dog's instincts. Sue's behavior only heightened my dog's anxiety, and instead of showing any patience or care, Sue became increasingly rough and aggressive in her handling. The collar was placed too tightly around her neck, causing my dog to overheat and become visibly uncomfortable. When my dog, terrified and confused, moved out of fear, Sue reacted by smacking her on the head and gripping her nose and legs with such excessive force that I genuinely feared for my dog's safety. Throughout the grooming process, Sue's handling was aggressive, combing my dog's hair with such force that her entire body jerked with the motion. This was distressing for both my dog and me. To make matters worse, the haircut was uneven and she completely disregarded the instructions I had given. To add to the disappointment, she requested a tip at the end of the session in a manner that felt forced, which I found highly inappropriate given the circumstances. I am genuinely concerned about the lack of care and professionalism exhibited during this visit, and as a result, I will not be returning to this establishment. I strongly urge other pet owners to be vigilant if they choose this grooming service. If you do choose to go, do not leave your pet alone. Stay and watch, because I shudder to think what might happen when no one is around to witness. Based on my experience and the many similar stories I've read, it's clear this is not an isolated incident. Your pet's safety and well-being should never be compromised, and I would not wish this experience on anyone.

I was able to get my two doodles in with Stephanie. She did a great job and the price was reasonable. Love this place.

Very low key friendly place. Dogs are in and out in an hour. Good basic care. Shampoo, conditioning, brush , nails 💅. Prices are really good in comparison to what I have paid in ST Louis for the same service and taking 4 hrs
