Dr. Ross & Team are very knowledgeable, helpful, patient & gracious with their assistance with my 7 week old Rambunctious puppy 🐶 He told me his name should be "Rambu" (Bu Bear) My heart is full 💓 I Highly recommend this local Fountain Hills Veterinary (Boarding & Grooming) Hospital with their reasonable prices and Veteran's discount. Including our 2nd visit earlier, today... Friday!!!

My 8 year old Boston Terrier (Jean-Luc) contracted Valley Fever. Unfortunately the experience at another vet really had myself and Jean-Luc left with uncertainty and zero results. This vet was recommended via a friend. The practice director Sydney has been extremely helpful, professional and dependable. Seeing Dr Nicole for our visit, she sat down on the floor with my boy, examining him there where he felt comfortable. She also followed up after test results and took our phone call a month later. Jean-Lucs symptoms have since subsided. This is our new home. Worth the drive for the competence and care let alone the atmosphere they create. Thank You Fountain Hills Vet!

Dr. Moss is wonderful w/my two senior cats, both of whom have health issues. She has a true, kind nature w/animals, and takes the time to provide a higher level of animal care. She also follows through with medication ordering, and always calls with lab results. I don't feel alone in making difficult decisions about cat care, and that's a great relief. (JuJuBea and Jabbers agree!)

I had scheduled an appointment for my dog who had been suffering from a sudden cough. My dog has always been healthy and I was really nervous bringing him to the vet on my own. We were taken to a exam room right away and didn't even wait 2 minutes until someone was in there asking us questions about what was going on and helping my dog and I feel at ease. The veterinarian was great. She was attentive. kind, and didn't suggest a billion things like many vets do that can be overwhelming. She was straightforward about what our options were and she seemed understanding of what treatment plan I agreed with! My dog was prescribed antibiotics and has been feeling much better since that visit. I was also pleasantly surprised at how affordable the visit was. He had a rabies shot, an exam, all my questions answered and the antibiotics all for around 100 dollars. Very worth it in my opinion and I would absolutely recommend others to go there. It was a good experience and I wouldn't hesitate taking him back!

Terrible experience. Procedures and surgery were shoved down our throats. Our sweet pup is 18 years old and they wanted us to leave her with them while they put in an IV, pick her up 2 hrs later to take her to an emergency hospital to have surgery the next day. They were definitely trying to take advantage of our emotions. All we wanted was to make her comfortable. No compassion or empathy, just dollar signs in both the technician with green hair and the Veterinarians eyes. Not once did they ask what we wanted. Not impressed. We could not get out of there fast enough…..but not before we were required to signed a waiver stating we left against their advise. Even our dog perked up as if to say, get me out of here. Absolutely Pathetic!!! Choose wisely people!!! We went to a competitor in Fountain Hills and had an absolutely wonderful experience! How would you know what we did or didn’t do after we left your clinic? That is private information. Not once did anyone offer us pain medication, that is a blatant lie and a pathetic attempt to save face. The only thing you offered was multiple procedures and tests, as well as emergency surgery. You tried to take advantage of us in an emotional situation. Your goal was to make a ton of money with no regard for our pets well-being. Since visiting your clinic, we’ve heard numerous accounts of similar disregard. Shame on all of you!

We have been with Fountain Hills Veterinary Hospital for over 4 years. They cared for our aging Cattle dog and now two kittens. The Veterinarians are very experienced and professional. Doctor Moss spends plenty of time discussing your animals health and needs. The techs are incredible and VERY kind, compassionate and caring. Additionally, we travel a lot and kenneled our cattle dog frequently. The kennels are clean, and the techs were always on top of it and made our cattle dog feel like he was home. Most of all, they are very responsive, answer their phones and always call me back in a timely manner! I highly recommend Fountain Hills Veterinary Hospital. ❤️

This is an excellent clinic. The staff there are kind and amazing and the doctors are the same way. My dogs are my kids and I trust Fountain Hills Veterinary Hospital completely. It's easy to get an appointment there, they always try to accommodate to the best of their ability. They're on time and always solve whatever problem I bring to them. I like that they bring in their estimates prior to treatment to make sure the cost is okay with you. My dogs love them there and that's saying something as one of mine suffers with social anxiety.
