Paul's Ace Hardware

I popped into Paul’s Ace FH about a month ago.. trying to find the right screws for a light fixture swap out. Jeremy (was told he was a new hire) went above & beyond to help me!! 2nd trip in he was successful in finding just the right screws!! (MY fault for not taking a variety of options & the electrical box was a bit screwy itself). He was super nice, helpful & had a sense of humor with my antics!! His kindness & patience were greatly appreciated!! He’s a keeper!! Thank you SO much!!

Paul's Ace Hardware in Fountain Hills has consistently delivered excellent service. There is always someone available to help without having to search the aisles for assistance. An employee typically greets you at the door and asks how he/she can help. Every employee we have worked with has been extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful. If one of them does not know the answer to your question they will find someone who does. Truly a pleasure doing business at this Ace location!

Went in this evening to try to solve a few problems in my house Doug immediately dropped what he was doing, and assisted me in coming up with SOLUTIONS to my difficult problems. He was very knowledgeable took his time, and I never felt rushed as a single woman trying to learn about homeownership. He was very helpful and welcoming.

I just had to change the battery in my key fob. I was able to take the fob apart, but putting it back together was another story. I know, easy peasy, but for me it wasn't for some reason. I went looking for help and Doug was there immediately. A life saver! My car wouldn't start at times when the battery was dying, so yes, a life saver! He not only put it back together, but explained how the circuit board needed to be placed back in. He never made me feel stupid, he just helped me. His customer service skills are spot on. He is a true asset to this company.

I stopped by Paul's Ace Hardware for a few specific items to complete projects around the house. A knowledgeable, friendly gentleman helped me find exactly what was needed making the shopping experience quick and easy.

My father-in-law is giving his 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan to his grandson and the car was being transported in five-days. The car's back-up key fob has not worked properly for years. My wife and I took the key fob to the Fountain Hills Paul's Ace Hardware Store. We spoke to an employee named Jade who informed us that the key fob could not be replaced in time for its transport. However, she took on the key fob as a challenge. Jade took the time to figure out how to fix the key fob, at no cost. As a result, we saved the cost of having the fob replaced plus it was repaired in time for it's transport to Colorado. Thank you Jade!

Beware if you rent from them. We go to Ace all the time and have never been disappointed until today. We rented a texture machine from them, purchased drywall mud, got it home and all setup and loaded to use. When we tried to use the machine it was broken and wouldn't work. When we took it back to them they refused to refund all the money we spent on the drywall mud. Now because of their faulty rental equipment we are out a bunch of money. Most businesses would have done the right thing and made us whole but Ace didn't.....guess we will have to just go to Home Depot.

Always nice people, they had what I needed at a good price and it was easy to find and checkout and, the best part is they welcomed my dog in the store!
