The Elliott Group Sales Training

I've gone to the Lions Den twice now to train with the Elliott Group and received so much each time. I went the first time alone and not connected to a coach. I learned a lot, had a bunch of fun and upped my sales game. Thankfully at that training I met Luke who was also from Minnesota and was getting recruited to work for the Elliott Group. I knew I had to connect/ network with him. We stayed in touch, I continued training back at my dealership. After getting promoted I got to go back to training with one of my sales associates and had Luke Nelson as my coach. Having Luke as my coach made the whole experience better. He cares about people and is a good family man. We got invited to multiple extra opportunities outside of the planned training. I'm excited to send other people next year and I know they'll be in good hands with Luke and the Elliott Group. I really appreciated that this time around, they really focus on winning in all areas of life, not just sales ability. I work with a lot of different people in my different business endeavors and I want them to win in all areas of life. Strong Mind, Strong Body, and Strong Spirit. And the Elliott Group is training the same mindset now.

Andy Elliot and his team are truly the best ! I was able to experience a seminar this past weekend and they stay true to their word, they got your back and want to see you unlock your brain to be truly the best version of yourself. The BUZZ is REAL without a doubt and these guys aren’t only bad asses, but they’re genuine, caring, and full of knowledge. I’ve seen em all and after one time I don’t want anymore… Not with the Elliott Group - they mean what they say and they do what they say they’re going to do. Evan and Luke are the tip of the spear and frankly Andy himself is lucky to have them. If you feel a little bit unsure about these guys - just go meet them in person and see what it’s about.
