Walgreens

This Walgreens location advertises a FedEx location inside the store, which it does have. However, when you take a package in there, there are strange size restrictions, which make the entire point of the FedEx location, moot. They are unable to ship normal sized boxes, so why then even have a FedEx here? Otherwise the store is fine, But I came here specifically for the FedEx, hence the one star. If you’re coming here for FedEx, go elsewhere.

I came in to get some wash stuff and a lady told me i cant smell the shampoo and body wash before i buy it? I tried to tell her why would i buy it if i dont know how it smells and checked out early. Never had that happen to me before

I went to Walgreens this morning to pick up a prescription. The pharmacy associate cleared up a coverage discrepancy. upon leaving , it occurred to me to search for an item. After searching for 15 minutes, I asked a sales associate in the aisle who was stocking where I could find this obscure item. She dropped what she was doing and led me right to the location of this exact item. I was very pleased.

Love it! Great service. They do need to fix the microphone and speaker system on the drive through it’s been out of service for some time

Lots of ungrateful and unknowledgeable people leaving poor reviews. If you worked in the PBM industry or any healthcare industry for that matter then you would be more grateful for the staff here. The Parmacy techs aren’t paid the greatest, they’d make more money at Starbucks with tips and THEY do have an education to perform their jobs. Obviously nobody reviewing works in the healthcare field and don’t realize how stressful it is to deal with all of your fast food expectations. Please cut the staff some slack. I appreciate all of their hard work, it’s usually the clueless individual sitting in their car at the drive through or phoning in or like the lady with the family member from Vancouver, NO med is going to be available in 30 mins!!! Let her get her drugs in her own country where they pay 33% of their income to get free healthcare! Plus Canada’s bevy of “regulated drugs” from in other countries are far cheaper 😂that’s holding everyone else up. Sheesh don’t get me started on Canada, their borders are more regulated than their medications they fly to the USA!

All the boys in pharmacy are amazing at their jobs and have wonderful customer service. Thank you Devin, Keith and the other tall boys for all the support.

Keith and the other young man with dark hair have always been very very helpful to me and made my experience pleasant unlike so many other Walgreens. The wait is typical for any walk up or drive up pharmacy. The most important thing to me is customer service and I have always been pleasantly surprised by this location. Considering what they have to deal with everyday, there are very pleasant people working here. Two thumbs up for Keith. And that other tall young man with dark hair. I don't know his name.

Not LGBT+ friendly, they put a note on my HRT to out me every time I pick it up. Doesn't seem legal or ethical and I will be spending my money at other pharmacies that don't let their pharmacists tout their political views.
