I have been a patient for many years and ever since Dr. Chris left I’ve had nothing but issues I have not been able to get my diabetic medication filled in over eight months. It has been eight months since I’ve been able to get my Victoza filled. I have been trying and trying going back-and-forth to the doctors pay my co-pay just to try to get it filled and nothing has happened. I am now going to be switching doctors because I can no longer do this.

I'm 55 years old I use an emergency inhaler and I've been getting my prescription filled with the Gila bend adelante for over 12 years, and lately their having a problem keeping doctors down here and it's being taken out on the patients and refusing to send in refills unless I come in to the office. They want me to see the new doctor first and have had to go days not being able to breathe or do anything because I can't go to the nearest emergency room which is over 45 miles away to try to get an inhaler through them. So I just want to say thank you to the Gila Bend adelante and their new doctor for not being able to breathe. From myself and my family will never go there again because any health care place that refuses the refill of an emergency inhaler is not a proper health care facility. I wouldn't have left any stars but you have to leave at least one. Thanks for the suffering Rick. P.S. this review is not go against Dr. Christopher Ferschke it goes against their newest doctor.

It is hard to take to or get through to the doctors office you use. And I never get test results until my next visit. I call with questions and the call center will give my answers but never notifies the doctor that I inquired and never calls me back

Dr. Christopher Ferschke has to be one of the nicest and caring Dr.'s I have seen. He is genuinely very caring and attentive and I fell he honestly cares about my well being. The test of the staff is trully amazing as well. I give this clinic a 10 out of 10. I just wish they had a pharmacy in-house since Gilabend does not have a pharmacy in town.

I am definitely saying that I have been treated with the utmost courtesy and kindness, and every location that I have been to Adelante Medical family clinics! I recommend these locations to all who are still looking for a family medical clinic of your own, Adelante Clinic Are Tops on my list, and I appreciate the personal involvement my PCP has given an extended to me personally! On employees doctors and nurses and receptionist and housekeepers alike, my deepest and greatest thank yous to you all, as you continue to persevere at saving lives, in every culture in the world!

Jeannette Jicha is a wonderful asset to this health center. She is kind and compassionate and her expertise is greatly needed and appreciated. She listens to her patients and truly cares about their well being. We are so thankful to have her meeting our health care needs and we would be lost without her.
