I was a patient at another IVF clinic in the past and when I say that working with CCRM was a night and day difference, I truly mean it! They were very communicative and always responded very quickly (which I believe is something that lacked in the previous clinic). Dr. Patel was my doctor and him and his team were very helpful, always nice and provided explanations for everything they were doing so I didn’t walk away with questions! I felt prepared for my transfer and very at ease with the whole process! I can now happily say that we are expecting and I owe that all to the amazing team at CCRM!

I was violated and robbed!! Evan Reshef, MD Is awful and should not be practicing. DO NOT BOOK WITH HIM!! I came to get an HSG test and left in so much pain and insulted. During the procedure, the doctor warned me that if it became too intense or unbearable, I should tell him to stop. But when the pain hit—sharp, crushing cramps that had me crying out “ouch” repeatedly—he didn’t wait for me to ask him to stop. He took it upon himself to stop mid-procedure, leaving me in limbo. This happened again, prolonging the ordeal, until finally they decided to change the catheter. The second catheter was slightly less torturous, but the moment he began pushing the iodine through, the agony returned—an excruciating, drawn-out pain that felt endless. The flow was painfully slow, dragging the process into what felt like an eternity. All the while, he kept interrupting, asking if I wanted him to stop, when all I wanted was for him to just finish and end the torment. What should have been a straightforward medical procedure turned into one of the most uncomfortable, drawn-out, and unprofessional experiences of my life—something that bordered on unbearable and left me shaken long after it ended. After it was over with, he proceeded to tell me that he’s done many of these and it just didn’t work on me and that my tubes may or may not be closed, but he can’t tell me for sure. An absolute slap in the face.

Saw every doctor they had throughout my IVF journey and each one was incredible. The staff is very caring and there to help guide you along the way - even if you have 100 questions. Would highly recommend anyone considering going through IVF.

This was the worst experience ever during an already hard time. I went through a year on treatments with my clinic in Colorado and then when my husband and I moved to Arizona this was one of the clinics that was recommended to me. I had a consultation with Dr. Patel. At first I thought this was going to be great, I wasn't going to miss a beat in my treatment. Then our conversation continued and the longer we talked Dr. Patel was rude and very condescending. He told me that until I lost weight (~230lbs), I would never get pregnant (little did I know that at the time of my meeting with him I was actually pregnant). But yet here I am a little more than a year later and I have a healthy 9 month old. If you are even slightly over weight, this is not the place for you. Dr. Patel clearly does not have the desire to help you. I even went as far to call my clinic in Colorado and told them what happened and suggested that they take this clinic off their list of recommendations.

First of all, if you are looking for a doctor to coddle you and tell you everything is going to go well, he is not the right choice for you. He is kind and has a dry sense of humor but he is not going to sugar coat or give you hugs if things don’t go well. I prefer realistic expectations, statistics, truthfulness, and don’t like hugs from anyone but my family so he was a good fit for me. This is what you will get from Dr. Patel. I don’t think my favorite nurse is there anymore (Bonnie) but she was amazing!! Our baby was born in 2019 via ivf under the care of Dr Patel and his amazing staff. We will hopefully be going back soon for baby #2.

Dr. Patel and his staff are amazing! They did what two other fertility doctors could not do, he got me pregnant. I had gone to HRC-Encino in California when I was 37 years old trying to get pregnant. Two egg extractions and three embryo transfer with no luck. Moved to Arizona started the IVF process again now 39 years of age with Bloom reproductive but felt like they did not listen to me or my concerns wanted to waste my time and money wanting me to do IUI. So left there with shattered dreams and hope. My husband encouraged me let’s try IVF one more time so found Arizona associates. Dr . Patel always took the time out to listen to my concerns kept me informed of what and why he was doing what he was doing.

If I could give more stars I would. Almost did not use Dr. Patel bc of the small mount of not so good reviews, and that would have been a big mistake. Dr. Patel, Chelsea, Doreen, Gabi, and the rest of his staff are amazing! They are extremely knowledgable, supportive, answer all questions, organized, responsive (especially using the app by text), and when you have an appointment you never wait. You are in and out. Dr. Patel is all business but he knows exactly what he is doing and his primary goal is to make sure you get pregnant. The best thing we did was allow them to work their magic and they did. We are so appreciative to Dr. Patel and his staff for helping us with our little miracle. We are due 1/3/22.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Patel and his staff. After ttc for 3 years, I got pregnant via IVF after the first transfer. Dr. Patel and his staff made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process and explained everything so well and were always available for questions any time of day. Thank you so much Dr. Patel!
