Five Below

Great store. There's colorful graphic tees and comfy lounge wear. They also have cute stationery. There's even a section with home supplies and even pet supplies, and another section with workout equipment. There's something for everyone. They also have assorted candies. Very clean and neatly organized. Accessible entrance and parking storefront.

The charger I bought doesn't work. I mean it stops my phone from dying but it's not worth the money at all. This place is over priced. Maybe somethings here are good. I like the invents here. And you have to pay for bags but at least their reusable. No more plastic bags options. That's just crazy.

Would definitely not give this Five Below a rating at all. It’s deeply concerning how management treats their employees and publicly discusses things that don’t seem appropriate on the sales floor while customers are around. Made me extremely uncomfortable to continue to shop and I am concerned for all employees involved. Management is definitely abusing their positions.

The lady there was really rude. She just stood there with the price scanner and stared at me. I didn't understant what was going on because I always scanned my own items. So I asked if I was checking out or is she doing it for me. So she said I will do it. So I rolled my cart to her and she glared at me again. I asked what do you want me to do? She told me to put the rolling cart on the stand. So I did. She then again stares with a bad attitude, so I asked ok.. now what? Then she goes you stand there and bag the items. So I just stood there and held the bag open while she scanned the items. She then goes I guess we can do it that way. Like it was really hard for her to put the items in the bag where the bags are and needed me to help hold open the bag.. Do you need to hire more people to hold bags open so the rude employee can scan items and put it in the bag? She was 100% rude and lazy. If you can't interact and explain your policy of the only "weird" store (her words) that scans people's items, then you need better training. Especially with your attitude. I did not get her name but she worked there at 1 p.m. on a Thursday. Please get her the extra help because obviously she needs help holding bags. 😆 🤣 I'm surprised she didn't ask me to put the price scanner away for her.

My granddaughter love going to Five Below. It a good time for us.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. I came home without a few items that I purchased. After showing them the receipt, they replaced my items. Didn't expect this from a big brand. Thank you so much :) happy holidays!

Have to set aside an hour plus to shop here because I like to look at everything. So much fun
