The employees were welcoming. The store itself is pretty big, with a wide selection of trendy clothes for both the guys and girls. They have comfort wear, shorts, tops, and more. Everything was trendy and loved the variety of styles. Accessible entrance and parking storefront.

My daughter and I went in yesterday and the two front attendants were so kind with how they were talking to my daughter and her style and let us know they were there to help us find anything. The young man in the back working the dressing rooms was also very helpful with getting items that were too high for us to reach. I wish I would have gotten all their names because they deserve a shoutout! Thank you for the help and for a positive experience.

The staff was kind and helpful with our return . The sales were minimal and I suggest going online .

No help when on the floor. When went to check out was told that certain items in their sale/ 2 for $30 deal are not part of said deal. I asked someone on the floor after checking out and the then explained that the deal only applies to shirts already discounted to $17.99. While I was leaving I then heard someone else working there misinform another customer that all of the shirts in the areas where the 2 for $30 shirt signs are, that they all are part of the deal. Their deal signs don’t have the proper information on them, and they mix in more expensive shirts with the shirts that are on sale.

Lady with yellow orange hair was not helpful she seem like she did not want to work and looked annoyed and not welcoming also with the white guy standing in the back did not ask if we need help felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming

I usually like Tillys. This the girl helping us was a little rude. Maybe just having a bad day? It seems like every time i go there, they try to charge me more money. This time she forgot to take off the pair of shorts I didn't want. Then when they refunded me the money, it was $2 less the the price she charged me just 5 minutes ago. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Just watch your receipts!!

I ordered several items online. I had to call and get some info on sizing. They answered the call on the first ring and were very helpful. When I stopped by to pick up the items, they were ready to go and correct. It was easy. I did see some great deals and ended up doing some additional Christmas shopping. The staff was great. One kid was about the size of my son, and was able to give me good advice on sizing for certain items. They worked out great. The lines were quick, even though they were crowded. I will definitely shop there again. Great job.

I stood in the shoe section trying to look like I needed help. After a while I wandered around and found one of several associates not helping customers. She found me some shoes to try on and went back to whatever she was doing before. I got the shoes and waited in line behind a person taking a long time at checkout. Several other associates around including a manager looking busy and ignoring me. When I get to the checkout the clerk still doesn't acknowledge me and starts wiping down the counter, asks me to pick up the shoes I set down and tells me she's off the clock. I'm told to go to the next person over who also is wiping down every nook and cranny and I'm told to wait. After all this I decide to leave my purchase and walk out. As a retail manager I'm insulted. I work with much less payroll but put customers above everything else. I will purchase my shoes online.
