Dr. Diana Heard is one of the most attentive and kind doctors I’ve been to. Previous gynecologists always made me feel rushed and uncomfortable in terms of appointment speed. With her, I felt confident in knowing all of my questions and concerns were addressed. And most importantly, I didn’t feel rushed or feel like an annoyance for asking questions. She genuinely cares about your needs and makes sure you receive the highest level of care possible. I’d highly recommend her to anyone needing gynecology care.

I would not recommend this location. This OBGYN office is a 30-minute drive from my home, and when I initially booked my appointment, I clearly explained what I needed. However, once I arrived, checked in, and was taken to the exam room, the nurse asked me why I was there — which was confusing, considering they should have already had that information. It turned out that whoever scheduled the appointment did so incorrectly, and I had to reschedule for a later date. A few weeks later, I received a bill from the lab, and now I’m stuck trying to resolve it. Billing refuses to fax over my insurance information to the lab, and I keep getting the runaround from both ends. The entire experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. The lack of communication and accountability from the staff has been disappointing — I would not recommend this office to others.

I have been going to this practice since 2010. Back then it wasn't just Dr Heard. This practice delivered all 4 of my babies. Just in the last year , I started seeing Dr Heard. She is absolutely the best. She walked me through all my questions when I had to get a hysterectomy. She performed my hysterectomy beautifully with no complications. She is very caring, personable, funny, and knowledgeable. She is also incredibly honest and sincere. The office and waiting rooms are very clean. The new office is stunning.

Dr. Nicola Maurer as well as the entire staff are amazing and kind. I love coming in for my appointments and always get treated like a welcomed friend. They truly do care about their patients as they take their time in seeing how your doing. Love them!

I am not sure why the ratings are so low. The front office staff were friendly and polite. The medical assistant was very kind and made sure everything she needed was documented. I had a great visit with Nicola Maurer. She took the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns I may have. The wellness checkup went quickly and without any problems. The only downside is the 30 minutes I had to wait in the room. But she explained that they have to review all patient information including medications, conditions, etc. to ensure the best possible visit for the patient. Just remember there are a lot less medical professionals and you may have to wait no matter where you go. I plan to continue going to this office.

I like the location, I have been taken into a room within 10 of my arrival. I have been twice and both times I have had a good experience. I love the Doctor, Diana Heard, she thorough and let's you ask any questions - not in a rush and listens with a kind demeanor.
