My husband was sent over to this E.R. from Urgent Care. He was taken back immediately and then admitted very quickly. He stayed for 3 days and received excellent care from the minute that we stepped through the door until the time we left. We were very pleased with the care that he received.

Good visit this time. In the past it was not a good experience. Thankfully this time it was good. Nurses and doctors were very nice and helpful. The room was beautiful. Huge and completely handicap accessible. The meals were different than most hospitals. They make a certain meal for breakfast. Lunch and dinner. Everyone gets that meal. Eventually someone may bring you a menu to call and request different items but you are required to call to request this food prior to the cafeteria staff being open. So basically you cannot change it and have to accept what’s given. Other than the food issue I was very impressed with my care and concern showed by staff and doctors.

I came to this hospital yesterday, mainly because when I was deathly ill 2 years ago, I had the best care. Yesterday, it wasn’t busy at all. However, service past triage was way past poor. The doctor that seen me, wasn’t paying attention. The nurse wasn’t paying attention either. Please be careful when going to the ER. Ask questions because you probably won’t get a clear answer, but will have medicine prescribe.

My pregnant girlfriend was seen here for flu like symptoms and cramping and it took them 3 hours to send her back as she was in pain crying in the lobby. One nurse took her IV out and she told them she didn’t think they were done with it but the nurse did anyway and another nurse was going to try to go back in the same hole and redo an IV. Come time for her discharge she waited another 2 hours and her nurse had seen her once the whole time she had been there very poor patient care. Definitely won’t be coming back with poor care as she’s received today.

Er staff laughing at a mother’s pain, and patient was not given any medical treatment until I complained they were going to charge but no services were provided. I questioned why they were laughing and talking about my daughter also asked why a student was left unsupervised while performing a suture and I was asked to leave or they would call security to escort me out. Very poor trained and non empathetic staff laughing at our pain. Never will I return to this place

I brought my 2 year old son here in October of 2024. Him and his sister were playing as he fell and hurt his shoulder, like normal rough housing for toddlers. After his nap I notice he was not using it to play or eat, so took him to this location where I would like to give ZERO stars for the front staff. The woman in the front counter asked me over and over again did he really hurt himself from falling or did you grab him. Now I was a social worker and have seen ugly cases but being a colored woman and accused of hurting my child was the most disgrace I have ever experienced in my LIFE! The doctors were great though, from the xrays the, nurse in the back. Everyone in the back they actually talked to me and interact with my son seeing how active he is!! They brought him fruit snacks and we're able to see him reaching across his body to avoid using his hurt arm. This might be little step to interact and create trust but as a mother definitely showed the doctor cared to find out the truth then help..... Now I am getting calls about a bill from this location that apparently when they took my insurance to copy, they did not put in the system. Feel this location unorganized, disrespectful and needs a higher up to figure out their front office. Specially considering there was only me and one other family in the lobby

I came to this ER after bleeding nonstop for 13 days, passing clots the size of my palm, soaking through overnight protection, and feeling lightheaded — all while parenting two kids, working, and trying not to pass out. I was desperate, scared, and needed help. Instead, I got a male doctor who clearly skipped the “don’t be a condescending jerk” chapter of med school. He barely let me speak, acted like I was exaggerating, and hit me with the most dismissive, half-baked diagnosis possible: “dysfunctional uterine bleeding.” Like that’s supposed to mean something when I’m literally bleeding through my clothes. I asked — very clearly — if there were any non-hormonal options, since I’ve had a tubal removal and do not want birth control. His response? “Not that I’m aware of.” A whole licensed physician telling a bleeding woman there are no non-hormonal options. (Google exists, sir.) He prescribed birth control anyway — the one thing I told him I didn’t want — and sent me home with no ultrasound, no hormone labs, no actual answers. I passed a giant clot hours later that would’ve made even this hospital’s billing department panic. Spoiler alert: I had to go to a different ER just to be taken seriously. They were horrified that no imaging was done and actually treated me like a human being — wild concept, I know. If you’re a woman, if you menstruate, if you’ve ever felt pain and been ignored by a man in a lab coat — avoid this ER like your ex’s Instagram DMs. I wouldn’t send a Sims character here for care. I’ve had gas station bathrooms treat me with more dignity.
