She has helped me through postpartum with both of my children, and I honestly don’t know how I would have survived those early days without her. Trine is one of those rare people who was clearly born to do what she does — her passion for helping mothers and babies radiates in everything she does. Her knowledge goes far beyond feeding. She understands child development, milestones, baby products, and everything in between. No question is too small, and she always makes you feel supported, empowered, and cared for. She goes above and beyond in every way imaginable. What makes her even more special is her heart. Trine genuinely wants to help as many mamas and babies as possible and even works through The Lactation Network to make visits as accessible as possible for everyone. You simply will not meet a kinder, more compassionate person who puts so much love and effort into her work. We cannot recommend Trine enough! After our baby lost 13% of her body weight since leaving the hospital, we were so worried. In just a couple of days under her guidance, our baby gained back 7%! She not only prioritized our baby’s health, but also made sure to support my own wellbeing as a new mom. She equipped us with so many practical tools and tips to ensure success with breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and pumping. As first-time parents, we walked away feeling confident, supported, and truly cared for. We are so grateful for her expertise and compassionate approach!

I have been working with Trine at her Mesa office and my experience has been great! Trine is very knowledgeable, nonjudgmental, and personable. She helped me optimize my pumping and worked with my baby to improve her feedings. She spends time asking relevant questions, listens well, and customizes a care plan for you. Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for someone authentic and passionate about what she does it’s Trine. She takes her time to listen, teach, and yes, even write and send an email of a care plan bc she knows what it’s like to be a scatter-brained, overwhelmed mom! Bless her. I met with her several times after I wasn’t producing enough for my baby 2 years ago, and I just did a prenatal visit with her for my next baby. I would truly recommend her to any mom. I have learned SO much from her, even though it took me until my 4th baby to go to a lactation consultant at all. (Hint: it’s worth going even if you think you know what you’re doing! Hint hint: pump flange sizes 🤯) I am even moving to Oregon next week and she told me I can message her through the portal with questions any time. ❤️🥺 She really does just care.

Trine is the one to see if you are having any issues or worries about feeding your baby. She's so knowledgeable, but makes everything easy to learn and remember. She helps with pumping too. Went to her for both of my kids. Highly recommend

I’ve been meeting with Trine since my first prenatal visit with my son just over 4 years ago! She made me feel extremely comfortable from that very first visit and shared so much of her wisdom with me in our first 90 minute session. I’m so glad I met with her before baby’s arrival so that I knew what to expect when breastfeeding those first couple of days after his birth. Since then, Trine has continued to support me during the pregnancy and birth of my second and third children. I love how she makes herself available to you through the app and I truly do learn something new from her with each and every visit. She’s a lactation consultant who is a lifelong learner so she is always adding new skills that help her continue to grow and support so many families with all things babies and boobs! Highly recommend.

I am ENDLESSLY grateful for Trine’s support while establishing breastfeeding with my 3rd baby. She provides such skilled, expert care. She looks at all of the different variables that go into feeding from baby and parent’s perspective. My son had some atypical medical issues and developmental concerns affecting his feeding and development and she helped me advocate for the proper care for him.
