Kids Club

Me encanta esta tienda Buenos precios , buena y bonita mercancia.. Siempre le compro a mis nietos la ropa en Kids Club desde hace 18 años..

Es un lugar donde puedes encontrar todo lo que buscan,y muy buena atención del personal

No restrooms and kids can't hold it for long. We love Kids club. We always go to the one back home. On a first time ever weekend vacation to Nogales, Mex. Saw this store and decided to stop by on the way back from Mexico, just to shop here. We parked right around the corner, again, with the intention of ONLY shopping here (as we ended up doing so). As soon as we get in the store, my little one has to use the restroom. I ask one of the associates if we may use their restroom, since it was an emergency. Mind you, my little one is obviously holding it in, and I am super pregnant (8 1/2 months pregnant). She let me know that they don't have a restroom for us to use. I asked her if she knew of one near by. She told me there was one right across the street, as soon as we crossed in the plaza. I asked her if she was sure they were located RIGHT across the street as soon as we crossed. She again confirmed they were. Well, I rushed out with my child to look for this restroom. Mind you we have NEVER been to Nogales, AZ before. I crossed the street, and nothing. I go left, my kids is warning, I start rushing (again, huge pregnant belly and grandma following behind), cross the next street, nothing. Run back, go right this time, find the plaza, and pray the building way ahead was where the restrooms were. Those were it, but we didn't make it. They were not right across the street. We head back and instead of buying mostly things for our new family memeber, we buy a entire new outfit for my little one, lucky her, but still. I calmly explained everything to the cashier, letting her know I would try to reach corporate about it in an e-mail or something. She happily agreed and told us that the owner kept loosing money letting customers use the restroom and clogging it. Which is why we couldn't use it. She said the stores around them including Kids Club gathered to provide public restrooms in the plaza. I explained that kids can't hold it for long, and that the directions to the restroom weren't very clear. She agreed and that was that. Can't find any info on the owner or corporate as of yet, but I will keep trying and hopefully the owner gets to see this.
