⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Life-Changing Experience at Desert Harmony Wellness! There are truly no words to describe how grateful I am to have found Desert Harmony Wellness, led by the incredible husband-and-wife team, Drs. Lupe Herrera-Garcia and Fran Martinez. These doctors are the real deal — compassionate, thorough, and genuinely devoted to helping their patients heal and thrive. Unlike the typical “15-minute” visits we’ve come to expect from Western medicine, Dr. Fran Martinez spent a full hour and a half with my husband and me in consultation — listening deeply, asking thoughtful questions, and working with us to uncover the root cause of my husband’s recurring seizures, rather than just masking symptoms with yet another prescription. It was the first time in years we’ve felt truly heard and hopeful. We were introduced to this dynamic duo through my best friend, Tina, who also happens to be the most incredible Director at the wellness center. Thanks to Tina, Dr. Fran, and Dr. Lupe, I have renewed faith that becoming pregnant in my early 50s may actually be possible. This emerging, cutting-edge field of regenerative medicine that they specialize in is nothing short of miraculous — giving hope and new possibilities to women like me who once thought the door was closed. A special shout-out as well to Shawn Stanley, head of the Sonography Department, for going above and beyond to squeeze us in last minute and make our visit such a positive experience. The scans at Desert Harmony Wellness are state-of-the-art — and Shawn’s expertise and kindness made the entire process not only easy but exciting! (We even discovered three follicles!) I’m so thankful for Dr. Martinez and his team! He’s a doctor who truly listens and cares about you! Dr. Martinez is compassionate, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He takes time to explain every detail, answers all my questions, and always makes me feel supported and understood. He ordered labs for me without hesitation and took every concern seriously, which really showed how much he cares about getting to the root of things. He’s already made a plan to see me as soon as I become pregnant again, which gives me so much peace of mind. I couldn’t ask for a better high-risk doctor — he genuinely cares about his patients and their journey. Highly recommend him to anyone needing extra care and compassion. Thank you Dr. Martinez!! I have has such an amazing experience with this office Dr. Martinez is so kind patient and knowledgeable always answering my questions. The office is comfortable, clean and perfectly cooled which is a plus when you 8 months pregnant. The staff is so friendly. The overall atmosphere makes you feel comfortable. From the fresh water available in the front which they always flavor with fresh fruits or lemon and cumber to the total experience. This has made my pregancy journey a breeze. I am able to ask questions and not feel silly for asking. I highly recommend.

I was not happy with our experience. We were not informed that we were being switched to another doctor. Doctor lacked personality and empathy. Was not a good match for our family. Doctor was focused on my weight loss after birth, which I didn't feel was a necessary conversation to be had at this time, I'm 6 months along. My baby is healthy, and that is what is important. I felt he was pushing their wellness program for my weight after giving birth over the current health of my child. Went in for an anatomy ultrasound and tech did not get any measurements and couldn't get good pictures of my baby's heart. Had to go back in with a new tech to get measurements that weren't done the first time and better pictures of his heart. Not a big deal, but I had to pay for it again and insurance did not cover it. I do not feel like I should be responsible for them not doing it correctly the first time. That was very upsetting and then meeting the new to us doctor who wasn't a good for for us, lead to an overall bad experience there. I was happy until our last two appointments. The communication here is HORRIBLE!!!! I've called and left messages, sent emails, sent messages on the portal, and they either take days to reply or they just never answer you. If you have an issue and need to talk to the practice manager, Jennifer, good luck! She never answered any of my emails and it took several phone calls to finally talk to her. I left 3 different messages to cancel an appointment and I still got a reminder call and had to call them again to finally get it canceled. I truly enjoyed this place until I had an issue, and then it was terrible. Makes me really disappointed.

Had a wonderful visit with Dr. Martinez, we went over our ultrasound and healthier food options for Italian cooking, I loved the new options / alternatives that the doctor recommended and definitely looking forward to put his recommendations into action. But over all the Doctor and the staff were very nice and friendly. The doctor is very down to earth and has a great personality he treated my husband and I as if we were family.

Super friendly staff, Dr. Martinez takes his time to explain and reassure patients! Today , Dr. Martinez was worried about me possibly not receiving my medicine at the pharmacy, and his medical assistant followed up with me to make sure I could get it! She was very polite and concerned for me, she made sure I got all my prescriptions! Thank you!

I definitely had a 5-star experience today. Everyone — from the front desk staff to the ultrasound specialist and Dr. Martinez — was wonderful. Unfortunately, due to complications, I had to visit several clinics, but this one was the best. The girls at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. They were responsive on the phone, calm, and informative. Even though my original appointment was soon, I happened to be in the city a day early, and they were able to fit me in due to a cancellation. I’m extremely thankful for that, as I live a couple of hours away and it made a big difference. The ultrasound specialist was very knowledgeable. He explained everything he saw and what he was doing. When it's your first pregnancy, you may not know what you’re seeing or what to ask, but he was amazing — he described everything clearly without me even needing to ask. The best ultrasound specialist I’ve ever had! The doctor was great too. He reviewed all the ultrasound results and explained everything in detail. I truly felt like I was in good hands. I will for sure return to this office in the future and recommend it to everyone.

First time here and the team was amazing! Dr.Martinez explained everything perfectly and helped put my mind at ease as this is my first high risk pregnancy. Looking forward to the ultrasounds since they actually care about doing them and once again she explained every little thing with baby it was so nice!
