I always consign with once upon a child! I love they are flexible when leaving your stuff for consign! They are friendly and have great hours! They also have a lot of variety! I highly recommend!

This place is ridiculous and I won’t spend anymore money with them. When I was pregnant I bought a pair of shoes that I put up for later when my baby was born. I put them up and yes grant it it’s been a while but when I went to put the shoes on my baby (mind you I never took the Once Upon Child tag off of them) I noticed that one shoe was a size 4 and the other was a size 5. Instead of them even being considerate that it was their mistake they refused to try to help. Shoot a simple we can check to see if the other one was still here or maybe store credit or sorry for the inconvenience would have been fine. But instead I was told well it’s past 7 days so it’s nothing we can do, which is BS and inconsiderate of your customers.

This store is amazing! So much to choose from in every size! The toys are also in great condition! I bought a dollhouse for a really good price and it had a lot barely used pieces. The clothes are great! I have only had great experiences here! Definitely recommend selling and buying clothes here!

I would like to share feedback regarding my recent experience at the Ahwatukee store on Monday, June 28th, 2025, between 3:00 and 3:30 PM. Upon my arrival, I was greeted, and while the customer service was polite, I found it somewhat lacking in enthusiasm. During my visit, I overheard staff members discussing other customers, which I felt was unprofessional. As this was my first time in the store, this experience has left me with reservations about returning. I suggest that staff be mindful of their conversations in the presence of customers to maintain a professional atmosphere.
