I don’t usually leave reviews but I was so bothered by my experience here I want to warn people. I was very excited to run into this store with my 5 month old to buy a couple of items. But as stated in a couple other reviews, one of the workers was incredibly rude. Told us to watch where we were going with our stroller and not to knock anything over, kept commenting on how red my daughters cheeks were/how hot she was, and that I should pick her up when she started to whimper (it was nap time and she’s a baby.) We were trying to be quick as I knew we were on borrowed time running into nap time but I couldn’t even focus with her literally following me around the store so we just left sadly. I was looking forward to picking up some items such a bummer!

I had such a great experience at Babylux while shopping for a client who just had a baby. The beautiful gal working there was incredibly helpful—she showed me so many thoughtful and stylish gift options, making it super easy to find the perfect one. On top of that, she wrapped it up beautifully, which made the whole experience even more special. Highly recommend Babylux for anyone looking for high-quality baby gifts and top-notch service!

Horrible experience with an utterly disrespectful owner/salesperson who deserves to be out of business. We entered this so-called kids’ clothing and toy store with our children, who naturally touched a few items, as kids do. The rude woman followed us around and started snapping snide remarks and visibly seething with unwarranted hostility. Her appalling behavior forced us to leave instantly. We’d rather burn our money than spend a dime in this store.

Their selection is adorable and diverse, catering to all tastes and occasions. Fantastic quality, prices are reasonable and the staff is always friendly. Highly recommend this store to all parents and anyone looking for the perfect gift!

I go here for all my “new baby” items, since I have no grandkids, ( but lots of friends who do ) and grand nieces and grand nephews- They are so helpful in finding me the perfect gift in whatever price range, I mention… A great variety, and lots of good sale items too! Shop local!❤️💙

I walk past this place every morning before they open and window shop. Today, they were open and I went in. This place is AWESOME. Being the father of four daughters and now with FIVE granddaughters I KNOW a thing or two about 'Little Princesses'. This place has everything you'll need to spoil that little angel of yours. Odd employee with dark hair, made weird comments saying she has "all her shots" because I was wearing a mask. Followed us around the store, made comments about my baby crying. Just let people shop in peace?
