We are beyond grateful to Dr. Patel and his team for helping us bring our beautiful son into the world through IVF. From the moment we started our journey, we felt supported and cared for. Dr. Patel is a true expert in his field, and his knowledge, skill, and attention to detail were evident at every step. He took the time to explain every process, answer our questions, and made us feel confident in the path we were taking, while also keeping us entertained and laughing along the way. The entire team was incredible, always responsive, patient, and genuinely kind. For our first embryo transfer, we worked closely with Chelsea and Doreen, who were both a joy to work with. The process was long and challenging at times, but with the support of Dr. Patel and his team, we felt confident in the process. We are thrilled to be starting the next chapter of our family journey, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome our next little one into the world, thanks to Dr. Patel and his team. We will forever be grateful for everything they did to help us bring our son into the world! 💙

ACFS is amazing! I was a patient at this amazing facility during COVID (2021). Going through IVF is already an emotional, physically and mentally draining process but doing it while the world was shut down was even harder especially since by husband wasn't able to go to appointments with me. Dr. Lipskind and his amazing staff were incredible throughout the entire process. Nurse Jennifer Singleton and others answered all of my off the wall questions, laughed with me, held my hand when needed and made me feel so at ease. I am happy to say I was able to bring a happy healthy little boy into this world in January 2022 because of Dr. Lipskind and his team. We were also able to conceive naturally 2 baby girls, one in 2023 and again in 2024. Thank you so much to Dr. Lipskind, Jennifer Singleton and all the other incredible staff at ACFS, thank you for making my dream of becoming a mom come true!

I had a wonderful experience during three IVF cycles and one successful FET at this clinic with Dr. Reshef and his team. A wonderful physician who is trustworthy, collaborative, kind, genuine, and informed. I really have no complaints. I am very grateful I transferred to this clinic after not so good experiences at two Tucson clinics. It was worth the long commute to Scottsdale.

My whole experience here at this clinic has been 10/10. All staff from the front desk team, nurses and doctors are always helpful and kind. It is nice to see familiar faces every time I am in office for an appointment. I have been to the Scottsdale and Gilbert offices and both have been very clean and have a great team on staff. It is easy to contact my providers clinical team if any questions ever arise and my questions are always answered very promptly. Dr. Kummer has been great help while navigating this journey and I highly recommend her and her team.

After 7 years of struggling with symptoms and feeling dismissed by countless providers, Dr. Lipskind was the first person to truly validate my endometriosis symptoms and support surgical intervention. His clinical excellence is undeniable, but what stood out most was his calm, steady, and supportive presence. He always made me feel truly seen and heard—something I cannot express enough gratitude for. With his guidance, I finally felt like I was on the right path. I underwent surgery, and they found stage 3 endometriosis. Following recovery, we began fertility treatments, and after just two rounds of IUI, we are now expecting our first child. After two long years of trying and what felt like a lifetime of uncertainty, the words “grateful” don’t even begin to cover how I feel. During our second IUI cycle, Dr. Lipskind was out, and Madeline Giancola, DNP, stepped in. She brought the same level of warmth, professionalism, and expertise. We felt completely supported in her care as well. CCRM has built a team where, no matter who is caring for you, you're in excellent hands. It’s not just the doctors who make this clinic special. From the very first visit, the front desk staff have been efficient, friendly, and welcoming. A special thank you to Melinda, the MA, who was a consistent source of support throughout our journey. She always responded promptly with results, managed prescriptions seamlessly, and treated us with genuine care and excitement. Her attention to detail and compassion gave me peace of mind every step of the way. This level of care is truly rare. CCRM isn’t just a clinic—it’s a team that walks with you through one of the hardest chapters of your life. I will genuinely miss them and will forever be thankful for the role they played in helping us grow our family.

I have been meaning to leave a review in regards to the unprofessionalism I’ve experienced with the Finance Team. For months I’ve requested invoices for the payments I’ve made out of pocket & they’ve refused to provide invoices stating what treatment I’ve received, the date of treatment & the total that I paid. The excuse is that insurance has not fully processed that claims, which has nothing to do with the out of pocket amount I paid upfront. I’ve stopped going to the clinic & it’s taken even longer to hear back. I advise going to a clinic that knows how to handle patient requests within a timely manner.

I highly recommend CCRM. My husband and I were able to conceive our beautiful baby boy (born June 2025) with Dr. Patel's help. He is very honest, thorough and patient during the IVF journey. The nurses and rest of the staff at CCRM are amazing and beyond helpful. CCRM helped us start our family and we trust they can help others as well.
