Mi experiencia fue muy buena, recibi muy buena atención tanto de la enfermera Christine, como del equipo de anestesiologia que fueron muy amables y respetuosos con mis decisiones. Mi doctora Paige excelente y la enfermera Lesle fue muy amable y considerada conmigo y con mi familia.

I was seen 10/20/25 for cough and chest pain pretty much thought I had the flu. They said it was rhino virus. Okay fine whatever. But I was treated so poorly by the nurses there on shift, I had to wait 3 hours in the lobby while people that got there after me were brought in. I was in a lot of pain. When I finally got back I didn't even get an IV until I had to beg them twice to help me. The nurse rolled her eyes and said okay let me send someone. That nurse then came back and said to the other nurse no actually I'll do her IV. I told her I had severe anxiety with needles. She was very rough and rushed me. They had to go deep for a vain due to my veins being small. When I started to cry due to yes going that deep for a vain on your upper forearm is painful. Told me I'm being over dramatic. And started laughing. I wasn't given medicine for half an hour. Then when I was discharged a nurse litteraly ripped the IV out of my arm. im not even kidding my best friend was there and can confirm this. I have never been so treated in fairly in my life at a hospital

These ladies were amazing. They were so attentive and helped my hospital stay be as comfortable as possible, given the circumstances. I felt seen and heard by the staff and I never had to wait long for me Needs or concerns to be met. They were also very gentle. I can't even begin to thank everyone who helped me while I was there at the hospital. They had genuine kindness along with a good attitude about their work. I believe when someone cares about their work and in helping you, it makes it easier for the patient to get better faster. I appreciate all the help they assisted me in my time there

From check in to discharge I was given the highest quality of care. The SSI prevention was very impressive. I was always comfortable and my pain was controlled. The OR staff were extremely kind and answered all of my questions, while keeping my anxiety very low. I discussed previous issues of gas pain in my shoulders with my doctor and she made sure to do everything possible to keep that from happening again, with success! My time in post op was fast and comfortable. I was given the appropriate amount of pain relief, a cold beverage, and once it was determined safe, I was discharged. I never felt like I was being kept longer than necessary waiting for discharge for hours. My post op nurse was super helpful and never left my side. It's never fun getting a procedure, but my time at CVMC was as pleasant as possible. I would recommend getting procedures at their ASC any day.

I just have to say how impressed I was with Canyon Vista Hospital today. I got there and was triaged within 10 minutes. They even did an EKG while I was still sitting in triage! Then they drew blood and did an ultrasound all so quickly. Everyone I met was kind, patient, and really knew what they were doing. They were fast, thorough, and made me feel completely cared for. Honestly, it made a stressful situation way easier. Big thank you to the whole team! 💛

As a patient here at Canyon Vista Medical Center, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635. I was simply amazed by the interaction of all medical personnel at this Medical Center. I’ve had surgeries at much larger hospitals and learning hospital universities, but I’ve never had the ease that I had at this one. I bless my surgical staff, my anesthesiologist, the lady that took me in to simply start the process at the information desk. I want to highlight my personal nurse Sam R.N. That set the tone, set the bar of the experience and procedure. I was about to receive. Everybody had their part to do In their function that made this the best medical experience I ever had. I feel honored because I am because of how the professional, the approach, and the personal professionalism that every phase of everybody within this process did. Thank you so much!
