Update: The team at Ed Morse went above and beyond to take care of us and correct the issue. We took our 2015 Denali (less than 70k mile) for an oil and few filters change and ended up without a display panel the moment we picked the truck up. Prior to, there was NO indication that the display was going out. We immediately went to the service coordinator and was told it must be a coincidence and they would "fit us in" a week later to diagnose the issue. As a loyal customer for ALL purchases (except 1) and services (for over 17 years) I'm so disappointed.

I had an outstanding experience thanks to the exceptional service provided by Gus Cisneros. Although a truck had been selected for me prior to my arrival, it was not exactly what I was looking for.
