I do most of my grocery shopping at Frys. For groceries and digital deals, it really is my favorite option for groceries. The 3 star rating is mostly because the bathroom is atrocious. It is almost always dirty with unflushed or clogged toilets, seats with smears, and trash on the ground. Lately there has at least been less trash but the toilet roll cover has been broken for weeks and the roll can just fly off and has. The soap dispenser covers have also been broken for weeks. I cannot understand how their management allows this bathroom to continue to be in such a state. The staff I have encountered are mostly pleasant but a few of them seem to either be unaware of customers or flat out ignoring them. The other day one of them was wearing a name tag on street clothing and was sporadically helping the self-checkout (alone no one else was there to help him) but was often just on his phone ignoring people who were trying to get assistance. Lastly I gave this score because the crew often neglect First in First out rules and I'll find expired products or new products in front of old products. More than once we've seen a product be sliced open likely by their box cutters when they were opening the boxes but the products made it to the shelves still. There just seems to he a lack of attention to detail. Their Starbucks is nice, clean with a good amount of seating, outlets, and decent wifi.

Very disappointed in this location. Bring disabled ( hearing loss) the customer service is horrible. Getting groceries checking out and posting for them is strait forward and usually painless. If and when there is a price discrepancy that where the problem lies. The cashiers don’t know how the react. Its never worth arguing with them , even when you present the facts in a professional manner. This can only a reflection of leadership, I rely on tech to converse. Being patient with someone that is deaf is not their strengths. The Frustration is clearly displayed. Oh and one last thing, get your parking lot lights fixed. Pic below taken 3/31/2025. The produce is my favorite thing here. Always fresh, always premium; you can find lots of unique fruits and vegetables. Fresh flowers used to be great for building your own bouquets, but they seem to have moved to a lot of pre-made bouquets.

Best place in Sierra Vista, but there aren't a lot of choices. Fairly good produce section, decent meat selection. Crowded during Saturday and Sunday and during rush hour with small aisles. Often not enough cashiers. Baggers are often handicapped, so kudos to Fry's for hiring them, but....they also are not the best at bagging. Carts are often really dirty and sometimes there are no cleaning wipes at the door. Occasionally our choice of items are out of stock. They really should build a new, bigger store.
