If all my medical appointments were as positive as this one, I would eagerly anticipate them. Kimberly is patient, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I never feel rushed. She attentively listens to my concerns, questions, and provides expert guidance. Kimberly is an invaluable asset to Genesis OBGYN in Sierra Vista.

I have always had nothing but wonderful experiences with this practice. I became a patient at Genesis back in 2019 during my last pregnancy. I used their practice for the duration of my pregnancy as well as my C-section delivery at TUCSON, Medical Center and tubal ligation. My assigned provider was Stephanie Chin for my delivery and surgical care and she was so insanely phenomenal every step of the way. During my C-section, I became very anxiousand she spoke very calmly and reassured me throughout the entire procedure while going through each step of the surgery and ensuring a safe delivery of my daughter and proper thorough care and treatment for myself as well. I just recently returned for a overdue well women exam and Pap smear and I saw Kimberly Eckley. She was another wonderful provider with amazing bedside manner, warm and caring presents and appeared thoroughly knowledgeable in her skill. Overall at Genesis- Starting with the front desk staff to the provider as well as the laboratory staff during this visit each one that I encountered was not only pleasant but courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and kind I never felt like I was rushed or unimportant or just another pain customer at any time. The provider spent a significant amount of time in the room with me covering any concerns and discussing in detail if I had any questions or comments, she was also very open too doing some laboratory test to rule out things pertaining to my overall women’s wellness and hormones. I am very thankful for the treatment that I receive at each visit!

When I started going at the beginning I was told how horrible this place was but still decided to give it a try and I’m very happy I did.As I come to the end of my pregnancy They have all made a great impression. From the front desk to everyone I have seen and talked to in the back . Everyone I see greets me with a smile and is easy to get along with. Highly recommend this place for first time mommy’s!🤍

I saw Dr. Stephanie Chin for a hysterectomy and she is absolutely amazing. I loved my previous gynecologist, but the scheduling department at that hospital would constantly double book. So my appointments always got canceled the day of and then I would have to wait another couple of months before seeing said doctor. Unfortunately, it doesn’t matter how good your doctor is if you can never see them. I first came across Genesis when my appointment to get my IUD removed got cancelled twice and I just needed it out. I got it taken care of at Genesis and then scheduled to meet with Dr. Chin to go over surgery for my pelvic pain and heavy bleeding. I got my hysterectomy yesterday. :) Everyone here has helped me out a ton and I truly appreciate it. Yall are amazing!

I’ve been going here for years! I highly recommend Kimberly Eckley! She is very kind and takes the time to make sure you are cared for. Dr.Chen (male) also delivered both of my children and I recommend him as well! He has a very calming presence.

The website should be updated with the correct hours of operation. I left work early to pick up an “Imaging order” just to learn they close at three on Fridays and not five like the website states😞 other than that I love this office👍🏼

Dr. Chen for the win!! Having to move during a pregnancy is stressful. Now try moving from FL 7 months pregnant w/ my 3rd child in June in prime desert heat… I was scared out my mind! Given that I was a scheduled c-section after going over my birth plan, taking into account the commute to & from SV my attending physicians at OB/GYN Specialists of the Palm Beaches in FL recommended that I delivered at Banner in Tuscon. Dr. Chen was VERY professional & knowledgeable not only in his craft but also in my medical history which was tremendously comforting. Dr. Chen was particularly patient, empathetic & thorough. The staff made every visit enjoyable even the unbearable ones. If I could… I would do it over again for the AMAZING overall experience at Genesis OBGYN without the moving part!!! 😌
