I bought a pair of Jordans online through a raffle. When I received them. They had small imperfections. I didn’t feel like the materials Nike used were worth the $215.00 I paid. The Hibbett app said they could be returned in store. So that’s what I did. So after being told to hold on while she disappeared for 10 minutes. Right away Jennifer had an attitude and then refused to return them. When I asked questions about why she eventually got really heated and rude. She kept changing the reasons that she was refusing them. I just think she just didn’t want me to return to her store. She even accused me of lying at one point and said the all white shoes looked like they were worn.Tried to say they were creased. Apparently, if you try the shoe on, that means that you wore it and you’re not able to return it. What a bunch of nonsense. I even tried to deescalate the situation and asked her to take a moment and calm down. There’s no reason to get mad like that over a pair of shoes. She kept interrupting me and raised her voice where everyone in the store could hear. I get she was frustrated with me but the way she acted towards me was very unprofessional. The worse part is I found out she’s the store manager. Honestly the problem wasn’t the return. It was Jennifer’s attitude and conduct. If she loses her temper and can’t handle a customer concern over a pair of shoes, how can she effectively manage a store and employees? As store manager she should be a role model to her employees. She needs to be retrained in customer service and handling complaints. Hibbet is that how you want your company to be represented? Do these really look worn to you? 🤣🤣

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes the staff is amazing and useful, sometimes they follow you around like a bunch of creeps. The young Hispanic Dude is easily the best employee they have. Prices are marked up more than they should, but they do offer a military discount. They do carry the biggest selection in Sierra Vista.

Went in to find back to school shoes for my children. The selection was great, found a pair my son loved and they had his size. The employee who assisted us was extremely polite and helpful. All around it was a great experience.

I love coming to the store . Amaree and Lionel are the greatest associates. Whenever I come in to buy things for my family they both are always so helpful , patient & nice . I love this Hibbetts because of the great customer service I receive

This place does exist I did spend some time in the hallway near it. There was nothing about it interesting enough that Drew me In. But much of the stores in the mall I would say there's nothing about them that is interesting that would make me want to go in. So I gave it three stars cuz I don't know it's there. I guess if it's your thing enjoy it. Personally I think we could use a real guitar store in Sierra Vista. That would spark my interest.
