I cannot believe I have yet to review my own local Pet store. This place is full of amazing employees. We have several pets and they have all of what we need. The place is always clean and parking have never been an issue since there are multiple other vendors within this plaza that you can easily get to with short walking distances. If I had a complaint is that they do not carry silkworms for our bearded dragons.

Love this PetSmart. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, the store is always clean and stocked, and unlike other locations we've been to, it's apparent that they actually take care of their animals. Glad to have them in the community! Edit: Thank you Steve for making tonights visit memorable! Just standing around for a few minutes talking about lizards while you helped us pick the perfect water bowl for our Beardie, he LOVES it!

Groomers were rude. Very unusual for this store. I explained that one of my dogs has hip dysplasia and they needed to be gentle with him. They called me and said he was having trouble standing for the entire grooming. So they shaved him like a poodle. He's a Sheltie!! I'm furious.

I just left my Bailey girl with Taylor for a groom and she did amazing! Everything I asked for, she definitely heard and delivered. I have been here before and they do a good job but when asking for small things they do unfortunately tend to forget or just not pay attention. I asked for very specific things like what the goal look is and things such as keeping my girls eyelashes long and Taylor did amazing.
