La verdad muy mal servicios ayer fui con sangrado tengo 10 semanas de embarazo y no me checaron para nada solo me sacaron sangre y que todo estaba bien muy mal servicio igual en ginecología tengo semanas tratando de ir y me dicen que nomas atienden de 20 semanas en adelante y no es justo enserio muy mal servicio no merece ni una sola estrella muy mal hospital Y muy mal todos hay se portan muy mal siendo uno hispana la tratan peor

My provider was Adrianne banks and besides everything she’s a decent obgyn who seems attentive to her clients just make sure you don’t hold her accountable to the fact that it’s not okay for the hospital to double book two people for the same time causing me to wait over an hour in the lobby. If you have a problem with a time crunch make sure to pick a different provider, I brought up that this was the fifth time she was 30+ minutes late and I just got a call saying she doesn’t want to work with me anymore because I’m “verbally abusive” for standing up for myself. I feel completely disrespected by the fact she won’t even come to the phone because I guess she thinks I’ll start yelling at her? And whoever the manager is that picked up the phone for her you really need to check the scheduling system because the overbooking and cutting into other people’s time is just plain disrespectful, and using the excuse “she wants to make sure you don’t have to wait for her so we need you to pick a new provider” after I just got done telling dr banks I don’t want a new provider I want this not to happen anymore is just plain disrespect and abuse of power. I’m still waiting to hear back about how I was verbally abusive because I would really love to know.

Loved misty, hated the billing department. Additionally, the nurses line was often extremely dismissive or just wouldn’t call me back at all for real concerns (one example, I ended up having a UTI for 2x longer because it was overlooked). Had no issues with billing the entire time we were in town, then miraculously the week after we moved & I terminated care due to the move, they send us an over 1k bill (filed both of our insurance policies wrong/failed to file any whatsoever, the entire time I was in there care). Took several phone calls before they got the gist we weren’t paying for services out of pocket that we were covered for with insurance at the time. I was really disappointed with this process & will not be returning to care if we return to Sierra vista.

I had two appointments with Rise Gold and have never had such a great experience! She spent a lot of time with me educating me and answering all my questions. I didn't have any issues at all with my whole OB experience. I liked all 3 Dr.s I delt with. Rise Gold, Eric Njiforfut and Adrianne Banks were all great. They were kind and clear in communication, good at answering questions and addressing any of my concerns. Dr. Banks was the one who delivered my little girl, she was actually a part of my labor and delivery process and I really really appreciated feeling like I mattered and that Dr. Banks was aware of exactly what was happening. This baby was my 3rd and it was the best experience of the 3, I feel like that says a lot.

Your provider definitely determines your experience, I've seen Rise Gold and Dr. Banks, both of which have been great, especially Dr. Banks! I've never seen a doctor so attentive and legitimately concerned about making sure her patients leave healthy and stay healthy

The receptionist was an Indian lady and was rude as soon as I showed up. She responded with an annoyed tone and face at every request and immediately asked us to pay after a rude remark. I usually have a good experience here with other receptionist and staff but she was terrible. I ended up canceling my appointment since I was not in the mood to get my procedure done after dealing with her negative remarks.

Simrad was extremely unprofessional with my care, visited him abput a year ago where no issues were found regarding an chronic condition, I then went to visit again as I'm having issues once more. He decided to go based off my results from a year ago when things have obviously changed. He refused any care I requested. I'm leaving this clinic feeling very upset and frustrated all while still in pain, will definitely be seeking other care
