Tried to get my kids physicals. The lady was very rude and couldn't schedule my kids. I mentioned I have 3 different insurances for the kids and she ignored that fact and told me the BCBS couldn't do physicals until next year. They need physicals for sports in school, and any of the other insurances would have sufficed... just rude and condescending.

Piss poor help . My daughter has had extreme amount of itching as well as rashes all over the body, Dr said she would put in a referral a month ago have yet too get it as well as medicine so i called and come too find out she never put one in. Stating that I have too come back yet again for an appointment.

I’m new to the area and recently adopted my nephew, so finding the right pediatric care was a big priority for me. I took him to Chiricahua Sierra Vista Pediatrics for his annual check-up, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! From the moment we walked in, Heather at the front desk was welcoming and helpful, making the check-in process smooth. Dr. Deanna Merrill was absolutely wonderful—she took the time to make my nephew feel comfortable (which is no small feat in any doctor’s office). Her patience and kindness really stood out, and she explained everything in a way that put both of us at ease. I’m so grateful to have found such a caring team for my nephew’s healthcare. Highly recommend Chiricahua Sierra Vista Pediatrics to anyone looking for compassionate, top-notch pediatric care!

I wouldn’t recommend this place for anybody honestly. Currently looking to change Pediatricians’s, but my child’s last appointment I made, was for behavior issues and potty regression. After explaining all my concerns with the doctor, she tells me nothing more, nothing less, that she will send me a paper in the mail for counciling. It’s been a month since and I still have not received anything in the mail. I’ve called the office multiple times, although it’s hard due to my work schedule, and I get put on hold for excessive amount of time with nobody coming to answer the phone for over 10 minutes. Because I’m at work, I have to hang up because I have to get back to work. It seems like this place never has answers to give you, even when you children are sick, they’ll just tell you, oh they look fine, or oh we don’t see anything wrong. And send you on your way. Twice my child had a full body rash, broke out with these little red bumps all over her body, took her to get it looked at. And the doctors had no answer. Instead of requesting a specialist to me or giving me opinions on what we can do, I get told to go home and give her Benadryl. Another time my child had pneumonia, her oxygen levels were below 60%. We were brought into the exam room and were waiting for over 2 hours just for the doctor to come in. Understanding doctors are very busy, but in the severity of some cases with our children, something else could’ve been done like sending in another doctor or something. Doctor comes in and ends up telling me to take her to the emergency room! After waiting for 2 plus hours, it was an emergency room admission!

Brisa and Kim helped me a lot today Kim, explained to me things about my kids immunizations. Brisa enrolled us to a helpful program.

The receptionist at the front desk are extremely rude and like to joke about not having access to insurance. We just needed a simple check up for my babies 1 week appointment but got the runaround insisting on making changing to-our insurance. Then they said we couldn’t leave without rescheduling an appointment, like I would go through their healthcare system after that first time experience just walking into the door. Im curious if they give everybody this same hassle. I also overheard them messing up someone else’s appointment. These people are vile I recommend you don’t be seen here. I'll be looking elsewhere for my family's heathCARE needs. If I could give no stars I would but google requires at least 1 to let me post.

I asked if they give everybody this the same hassle, and it was insinuated that I don't have insurance. After that rudeness, I asked for a manager only to be hung up on. These people are vile. If you get mad when I ask questions, is the doc the same way? I'll be looking elsewhere for my family's heathCARE needs. Only giving 1 star so Google lets me post. Take care of yourselves people, the ones you call for help ain't helpful.

Unless you tell reception/scheduling that you're kid is on the verge of dying, they have a really hard time taking you seriously. Our children have been turned down before for me not using the right "trigger" words on the phone to have them seen quickly, only for me to have to take them to the ER or urgent care for things like bowel obstruction in an 18 month old, and strep (because they were so booked up I couldn't get them seen for days). I couldn't even be put through to a nurse to ask questions to determine whether or not to wait a few days or go to the ER or urgent care. Parents don't always know what to do and need better communcation from the people who have a record of their child's care. Front desk turns me down flat everytime I ask to speak to a provider. The providers themselves are always helpful IF you can get to them to be seen. I have never had to go to the ER/urgent care so much for my 5 kids since moving here from NC. We are hoping to switch to a family practice because this keeps happening. No, I don't want to drive all 5 of my sick kids an hour away for an alternate appt at a different clinic, my time is better spent waiting 3 hours in the ER or urgent care. Hugely expensive, but at least we won't be turned away.
