The Place at Savanna Springs

Savanna Springs is a fantastic place to live, and the leasing office staff is outstanding. They are an example of taking care of people. I had a few mail issues after I left, but they handled them professionally. Not only that, but they also cooperatively and patiently helped me get a lease when I was deployed. Location is fantastic, too. You will live in the central area of Sierra Vista, and everything you need will be within walking distance. Getting to work is convenient if you take the northern highway. Also, neighbors are super friendly and quiet.

This apartment is single-handedly the best in Sierra Vista. I especially recommend it to smaller families or for short term stays. The staff is extremely responsive and is constantly working hard to improve the quality of the amenities on site, so that you see your rent money reinvested into the community spaces and apartments. Also, one thing I’ve been told is rare, is that you are permitted to use the lobby space as a resident free of charge for your own private gatherings, with a reservation and leaving it in the condition you found it in, of course. Residents also can enjoy complimentary coffee and snacks in the lobby, and the staff host special catered gatherings with music and prizes on top of that! We want to give a special shout out of thanks to Augie, Jorge, Allison and Stacy for making our move and stay here top notch and smooth. We are coming up on another military move and we are going to miss this community and its amenities!

My stay at The Place at Savanna Springs was better than I could have asked for! From the very start, Allison and Stacy were so responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. During my short term stay, they assisted me quickly with any question or problem that I had. Those ladies are a ray of sunshine! My only two notes would be that the washer was a bit dirty and the front door had some space that let in dirt, leaves, and bugs. Nothing unmanageable though. There was always plenty of parking, the community was clean and felt very safe, it's gated, and the valet trash service was so convenient. Would highly recommend this location if you are looking for a place to stay long term or short! Thank you to Allison, Stacy, and the maintenance team!!!

My experience living at the Savannah Apartment Complex in 2024 and 2025 has been excellent. The apartment was in great condition, and the overall amenities within the complex stood out—everything from the fitness center to the pool was well-maintained and enjoyable. The management team, especially Stacey and Allison, are incredibly kind, responsive, and professional. They genuinely care about the residents and go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. The maintenance team also deserves a shoutout—they respond to requests promptly and often resolve issues the same day. The location is ideal for military personnel, with a short 15-minute commute to base. Traffic is minimal, making daily travel easy and stress-free. Compared to most apartment complexes in Sierra Vista, Savannah is definitely a step above in terms of quality, service, and overall living experience. I highly recommend it—especially if you’re comfortable with the price point. At around $1,250 per month for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit in today’s economy, it’s not the cheapest, but the value you get in return absolutely justifies the cost. That said, if your budget is tight and $1,250 feels too steep, this might not be the place for you. But for what it offers, Savannah is more than worth it.

I’ve been leaving here for over a year. Ms. Stacy and Ms. Allison made my stay truly enjoyable. The Place at Savanna Spring is the nicest in Sierra Vista. It’s very clean, bug free and the maintenance crew here is outstanding. I’ve had no issues with my apartment while leaving here. If you’re moving to this area, I highly recommend this apartment complex. I give them 5 stars. If I could I’ll give them 10 stars I would but, I could only give 5 stars.

This is an incredible place for military members seeking a short term place. Alison and Stacy are phenomenal property managers and make the process very easy for military. You can find more sq ft. In Sierra vista for cheaper but if that isn't a concern for you then I would highly recommend the place at savanna springs due to the management, location and amenities they offer

I have been here about 6 months and I love it. I had a minor issue and within a few hours they were there and the problem was resolved. The apartment is very cozy and whenever I see neighbors which is not often; they are friendly and quiet. So far I plan on staying here awhile.

I have lived here 3 months now and find the place very nice, relaxing, and a charm in the oasis. There is a 24/7 exercise room, gated community, front desk will receive packages, free BBQ stations, pet park, and great swimming pool and jacuzzi plus fireplace, plus clubroom may be reserved for functions. The grounds and front desk/facility is kept very clean and organized. The best part of living here is that you are within walking distance of Food City, Frys, Outback Steakhouse, Chillis, Buffalo Wild Wings, Daves BBQ, Peter Piper Pizza, Target, Circle K, Taco Bell, Schlotskis, Big Five Sporting Goods, and several other places. There is alo a great walking, biking, running paved trail just outside the front entrance.
