Muy buenas cosas a buen precio. Compré una silla alta para mi bebé en 25 dólares, la misma nueva cuesta 50 o más. Estaba en exelentes condiciones 👌y a mi bebé le gusta mucho.

I have posted here and removed once before. Giving the store and its employees the benefit of the doubt. However, this last experience, will have me leaving this review up. I work customer service, I know I’m just one person, who doesn’t have much effect one how the store can be changed. However, when you’re mistreated three times by one place, I do feel it’s fair to let other people know. The first bad experience was when I brought clothes and brand new toys in. My husband had brought items in before I had, that did not have as many name brand items, and no brand new toys, and he received more store credit than I had. I figured, maybe different people rate items differently, and decided to let it slide. The prices were decent. The second bad experience was when I went to use my store credit, and the lady who was checking me out, charged my store credit twice, and then said that I still needed to pay more. The amount I had on my card, was more than what the charge was. Luckily, I had all the receipts from getting and spending store credit. She was very rude and short with me, saying there was nothing she could do. When the manager came over to fix it, I tried explaining how she was not very kind, and he was very dismissive, never apologized, just said “Glad we could get that sorted out”. The final experience was today when I attempted to sell them out BabyTrend Expidition stroller wagon. We bought this item for $60 off of Offer UP. But we still ended up getting a brand new one, so I decided to try and let Other Mothers have another chance. They stated the reason why they did not want to accept the item, was because it was “sun faded”, which I agree it was. However, I have seen god awful items here, of which I will support with pictures, and being sun faded was the least of the issues with those items. I have seen other people walk in and sell Other Mothers junky items, however, when it’s me, apparently my items are “dirty”. I really do feel, after all these bad experiences, it is because of the way I look and their implicit biases are affecting my experience here. It is such a shame, that a store that plays Christian music, fails to live up to the basic commandment of not judging, and to treat everyone with kindness. My family is blessed enough to not need to shop here, and we will not be anymore. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Sales at Target are good enough for us. It’s just a bummer because I do believe buying second hand is better for the environment, but not at the expense of supporting a store like this.

“Lost” my stuff. This place is over crowded and junkier than goodwill with the prices of brand new Target stuff. Don’t waste your time. I’m not sure if new management took over here or what but definitely not what I’m used to. So sad I’ve been shopping here since 2015. I will be finding other places. Train the staff to be more kind too, their snarky rude attitudes will lose more than just me as a customer.

We have used Other Mother's off Bell for 7 years. We loved & recommended this store to multiple families. The absolute AUDACITY the last few drop-offs is outrageous... $4 for a bag FULL of some new some gently used 5/6yo shirts, pants, shoes. And this weekend ruined it, we dropped off a bag full of My Barely Worn & Unworn Levi/Buckle jeans and were offered $20. There was $150+ worth of jeans alone not to mention my sons clothes in that bag. We asked for it back and we were told it would be *"too much of a hassle"* and we're offered $10. I about left work to come up there and Take my clothes back, I still may come by after work. I swore by this store for 7 years, donated everything they offered back, dropped off Cribs, Strollers, PackN'Plays, Car Seats, Boxes and Boxes of Toys and that was donated, no credit asked for!! Idk what happened to this place but I promise you we will not be donating here any longer unless something changes. I don't expect a 50/50 return, but $4-$7 *Per Bag* is absolutely disrespectful. Read the reviews, make an informed decision.

We haven't been to the store in a while. Came back recently and wow! The store has been reorganized and looks wonderful. The limit one bag per customer is difficult because we live so far but I get it. I have seen how many customers are bringing bags in each day. It takes time to process. They only have so many employees. Plan ahead. Drop your stuff off one weekend and came back the next to shop.

Absolutely love this store!! Hand down the best. But please bring back The no children allowed during the 50 cent sale!! Please let their children trash the room and trip people. They bring sick children coughing all over the place it’s make it chaotic having to watch your step because you may accident step on a child while they are crawling on the floor in a small space it just isn’t safe.
