I would highly recommend Dr. Craig's office to anyone seeking to get pregnant. They are highly efficient, quick, and thorough. They have multiple options, and Dr. Craig takes the care to walk through all of them. While it did take many IUI cycles for me to finally get pregnant, we had 2 pregnancies with Dr. Craig, 1 singleton and 1 set of twins. We couldn't be happier with Dr. Craig allowing us to have a family!

The staff as well as Dr. Craig instantly made my husband and I comfortable with the process. We were trying to get pregnant for the first time and I am an older patient. We'd been unsuccessful on our own, but we worked with the staff at the facility and were able to get pregnant. The staff was so easy to work with whether it was the cheerful front desk staff or the ones working in the rooms with us and even billing questions. Everyone was friendly and so quick at communicating back to us when we had questions. I also really found the app helpful to be able to reference and communicate. We now have a healthy little almost 9 month old and we are so very thankful to the staff at FTC! :)

Appreciate Dr. Craig and his team so much. They helped us when our previous doctors didn't think we'd have success. I'm so glad we went and got a 2nd opinion.

Thank you Dr. Craig and staff for being so wonderful. After 8 years of trying my husband and I said enough was enough and we started our journey of finding help. My husband originally was sent here for a semen analysis. The Dr who originally sent him there for the analysis said he couldn't help and refused to see him again. Thankfully FTC called my husband about his results and he told them he is no longer being seen and explained the situation. He was encouraged to make an appointment with Dr. Craig for the both of us. I feel like it was fate. I didn't have any hope after so many years I told myself this was it. If it didn't happen I would no longer try. Every step given by my IVF coordinator Amber Lee, was clear. She helped every step of the way. The surgical staff was so kind. Especially Angel, I truly never met such a kind soul she made me feel so cared for. Every staff member I encountered was so kind and caring it was unbelievable. They created an amazing plan and I made sure to follow it to the T. Started the process in February. Now I'm 9 weeks Pregnant. I'm so happy i found FTC. Forever thankful! They gave me a chance to be a mother again. I highly recommend this facility! They really take good care of their patients. Dr. Craig and his team are FABULOUS! I just had my consultation with him and I've never experienced just a streamlined process. He is very thorough, detailed, and answered all of my questions. Fabulous team that are all very knowledgeable and friendly. They made sure we had a game plan moving forward. I highly recommend Dr. Craig and his team! 10/10

I could go on and on about all of the wonderful things about Dr. Craig’s office and all of the staff there. We came to Dr. Craig after two failed frozen embryo transfers at our first fertility clinic. From our very first appt with Dr Craig he took the time to sit down with us and make a plan. He had multiple plans for whichever route we wanted to go. I got pregnant the very first try with Dr Craig. From consultation to having my baby, their office showed us compassion and care, and were there every step of the way. We could not recommend them more!

I've spent a year with this clinic. From the very first appointment my husband and I felt like cattle being herded through this process. Besides the front desk staff, and an amazing triage nurse Angel, the bed side manner was horrendous. Every ultrasound we had each nurse was in a rush, rough, very abrupt and had expressed how there wasn't even time to discuss our ultrasounds, or next steps. It was always "sorry we are back to back today, you'll receive a call whenever your coordinator has time to get to you". Mind you, we drive 2 hours out of town just to be with this clinic. Meeting with Dr. Craig was just about the same. Consults were less than 10 minutes with the speed he would go at. Often making us feel dumb if we didn't completely understand or if he needed to explain something further. He often quoted "I don't know all those details, that's what the girls out there do". Not. Our first coordinator was never in the office first off, when we did get ahold of her it was always through the patient portal, and for our first transfer nothing was explained. The patient portal was a joke. All they used it for was to get signatures. Our lab results were NEVER updated or even uploaded. Records were not recorded and results from genetic lab or anything of that nature was never easy to obtain. Again when you feel like your an annoyance because they are "backed up or busy" it's hard to feel like you're important and get the reassurance on questions we had. Our first transfer resulted in a 11 week missed miscarriage. We were frustrated in this because at just 6 weeks we were "graduated" and told to find a doctor. We had asked multiple times for a reputable doctor in our location, and were dismissed as that was "our job". When we asked for the final time we did receive information, and had to go 3 weeks before they could get us in. Where we wanted additional care to ensure our levels of hormones were good etc. again we were told we graduated and needed to just wait until we could get into a local doctor. Had we continued to be monitored or worked with we may have continued on that pregnancy. We came back for an addition transfer that did not take. Our final transfer we had googled and researched enough that we knew we couldn't rely on our clinic to fill us in. When we first started Dr.Craig emphasized that with each transfer our odds increase. (First transfer was 73% and second transfer we were given 62%). Being on our 3rd transfer we expected to hear good news in our consult, we were confused when we were told our odds were now 30% because they couldn't really say what it was that was going on. We continued forward and requested a new coordinator thinking maybe it was just someone who had been doing this forever and was just hitting that point of losing connection with patients. I was slightly bothered that when we requested a new coordinator Dr.Craig did not bat an eye, did not ask what happened or why this request was being made. Final transfer came along and at this point our coordinator never spoke with us once on the phone. Everything she did she sent through email. We figured ok, we can do that it's not like we are use to actually being guided through each transfer. The uncomfortable ultrasounds continued, minimal contact from our coordinator and transfer day comes along and nothing comes of it. After 1 year of constant IVF, 3 transfers, 2 egg retrievals, a miscarriage and 7 grade A PGT tested embryos and over $60k later we have decided while we want another baby, this clinic will not receive another dollar from us. We know odds of pregnancy can never be guaranteed, however bedside manner, a trusting team and genuine human compassion is at minimum of what a fertility clinic should be guaranteeing. We did not feel valued or even like we had a real team helping us. They are too busy it seems to be bothered with the individual patients. I strongly recommend an attitude adjustment for everyone as priority should always be the care of your patients & the service your able to give.
