The customer service is terrible, rude, and unfriendly, they make you feel like they are doing you a favor by let you enter the store and selling or trading things to you, unfair trade and sale prices. I do not recommend. El servicio al cliente es terrible, son groseras y antipáticas, te hacen sentir como si te están haciendo un favor al dejarte entrar a la tienda y venderte o intercambiar cosas, las cantidades que ofrecen por intercambio son muy injustas y precios muy altos para la condición de la ropa o accesorios. No lo recomiendo.

Me gusta mucho porke puedes cambiar la ropa ke ya no le keda a tu bebe..por ropa de su actual talla..tienen muchas cosas para niños desde resien nacidos hasta los diez años..todo lo encuentras ahi..usados y nuebos..en muy buen estado

Me enamoré de esta tienda los precios son excelentes ya la calidad de la ropa y las cosas magnífico, todo está super limpio y organizado quisas se convierta en mi tienda favorita muy pronto

On Sunday my husband went there with an appointment to sell stuff. The lady said she only took a couple of the lol dolls and gave $6 but did not show what she took just gave our bag of stuff back. Come to find out after he got home, she took our entire lot of lol dolls, balls & accessories and the blippi excavator. It's one thing if she had offered it all but she lied and hid that she took the whole set and more. Complete rip off!! We've sold to them before, they haven't done us dirty before like this. That's not ok, she knew what she was doing, even at their discretion, that's a rip off. We had a bag of stuff and then the bag of lol stuff was in another bag in that bag, she put the bag it was all in back completely empty. Just wow. Below you can see everything she took minus the blippi racecar. But after reading other reviews, this seems to be a going rate. I wish I had seen sooner just wow.

Love this place! Just had my first baby and have bought tons of stuff here, it’s awesome for the community, especially with how fast these babies go through everything it’s awesome you can sell and buy! Highly recommend!

They’ve gone super downhill over the last year or so. There are hardly any toddler shoes and the toddler girls rack wasn’t even half full today. And the clothes they had were ugly. They should be a lot less picky about what they accept so there’s more than 3 options to choose from (pajamas, bathing suits) in each size. Nobody working there is ever very friendly yet I heard the two buyers behind the counter today telling super personal stories and using foul language with children in the store. And I heard it over by the shoes so yeah it was that loud. Super glad once upon a child opened. Their selection is way better and the staff is so much friendlier.

Selling or trading here is far more inconvenient than it needs to be. They require an appointment, which makes the process difficult—especially for parents who know how unpredictable it can be just getting out the door with kids. You’d think a baby and kids store would be more accommodating and flexible, but that’s not the case. The staff at the counter come across as rude and disorganized, which only adds to the frustration. It doesn’t make sense to require a scheduled time if I’m simply dropping items off and picking them up the next day. The one positive is that they do carry decent quality items, but honestly, with all the hassle, I usually find it easier to just shop at Target or Walmart during sales.
