Excelente médico y su equipo, trasladamos nuestros embriones que estaban con otro medico con el que estuvimos unos años en tratamiento. El in vitro con el doctor Hutchison transfiriendo un solo blastocisto funcionó en el primer intento; su equipo estuvo en constante comunicación y orientación, lo que bos dio mucha más confianza en el proceso, felices con el resultado positivo después de dos semanas de espera y ahora muy emocionados y felices con la llegada del bebé en unos días. Muchas gracias al doctor Hutchison y su equipo, estamos muy felices con su forma de trabajo y sobretodo con el resultado de este.

I cannot recommend Dr. Hutchinson and his entire team highly enough. IVF is an incredibly emotional and stressful process, I heard countless horror stories about other clinics before starting, but my experience here was truly the opposite. From the very beginning, I felt protected, cared for, and genuinely listened to every step of the way. Front Desk & First Impressions: The front desk staff deserves a huge shoutout. Walking into each visit, my nerves were often at their peak, but being greeted by first name with a warm smile immediately put me at ease. Those small gestures, remembering me, acknowledging me with kindness, went such a long way. Even on the days I walked in feeling exhausted, anxious, or overwhelmed, their friendly faces and compassion helped ground me. It made every visit feel personal, not clinical. Care Coordination & Communication: One of the things that stood out most was the accessibility and communication. Having a dedicated care coordinator I could text with questions, concerns, or even those late-night moments of uncertainty was invaluable. My coordinator, Savannah, was truly amazing. She answered every question promptly, with patience and empathy, whether it was about medication timing, treatment schedules, or emotional reassurance. It felt like I had a genuine cheerleader on this journey, and that made all the difference. Medical Team & Expertise: The doctors and nurses were outstanding. Every interaction felt thoughtful and unhurried, I never once felt like “just another patient.” They took the time to explain each step, listen to my concerns, and provide reassurance when I needed it most. Their professionalism and compassion created a deep sense of trust and safety, which is so important during such a vulnerable time. From Dr. Hutchinson, to Dr. Jordan and Jamila Ortiz, they all showed the utmost professionalism throughout the process. Sometimes with Medical teams it feels like you are just one of many patients, whether or not that is the case, I truly felt like we had a team of professionals truly cheering us on. Overall Experience: This journey takes a lot out of you, physically, mentally, and emotionally, but having such a competent, compassionate team by my side made all the difference. I truly felt supported and cared for throughout the entire process. Thank you, Dr. Hutchinson and your amazing team for everything you do for families across the city. Karina was our navigator and before that we had Jolene. These ladies have a lot of patients. They took their time explaining everything and were really helpful. Scott was awesome as well. Great doctor. He came recommend by Three other people. It took a while but we're getting out baby in May

I have felt taken care of throughout our entire fertility process. Especially from Savannah, my coordinator! She was always so kind and quick to respond when I had questions. Even when there was a quite large error with the lab, the office really took care of us. I would highly recommend anyone who needs fertility treatment to check out Pinnacle.

Pinnacle Fertility Clinic in Tucson has been very welcoming since the first time I called to schedule my appointment. Their services and follow-ups, both by phone and in person at the clinic, have been very helpful. In person, the staff take the time to kindly explain each test. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism.

This is such a welcoming place with such caring and intelligent medical professionals. I truly am thankful for the care I received. Jolene was my care coordinator and she was amazing, she always kept me updated and answered any questions I had about my care plan. She was really supportive throughout the process and started to feel like a friend. So she definitely gave a personal touch to ensure I didn’t feel like I was a number or just another patient. This personal touch is carried throughout the whole facility. Truly a welcoming place.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We saw Dr. Hutchison before the change in business name. Terrible bedside manner and incomplete medical information led us to wasting two precious years of our fertility journey that we will never get back. In the end, we chose to drive to Phoenix regularly rather than continue with Dr. Hutchison. Whenever I think about the way I was treated here, I am filled with sadness and regret. Do NOT trust this man. PLEASE get a second opinion. Especially if you are over 35 and have any complicated issues. This Dr. operates purely a business and does not care about you as human beings.

After several years of trying to conceive we reached out to Advanced Fertility. My husband and I were both nervous and did not know what to expect. The staff at Advanced Fertility in Tucson and Dr. Peterson were so warm and welcoming. Communication was great, all procedures and costs were thoroughly explained so there were no surprises. As of today we have “graduated” and are now expecting :) We cannot thank Dr. Peterson and the staff at Advanced Fertility Care staff enough.
