The Children's Place

We have shopped here before and we always have a good shopping experience. Printed shirts were on sale for $2.99 so we had to grab a few for our daughter. The associates Ajah and Dana were great, they helped us on finding the right size for our daughter and even ordered some shirts for us with free shipping to our home.

A Shout-Out to Ariana – Exceptional Service! I had the pleasure of being helped by Ariana during a busy day of 75% off sales, and she was truly outstanding! Despite the hustle and bustle, she remained calm, patient, and incredibly welcoming. What stood out most was her kindness—she went above and beyond to help me place an online order for a t-shirt my son wanted that wasn’t available in his size in-store. Thanks to her thoughtful help, we were able to surprise him and put a big smile on his face. Ariana’s dedication and care didn’t go unnoticed—I was genuinely impressed and grateful for the high level of service she provided. Huge shout-out to Ariana for making our experience so special!

Horrible Horrible Horrible. Purchased a few items couple weeks ago. Pants were a size too small. Went in to exchange for the next size up and they would not do it. I didn't want my money back, I simply wanted a size bigger. Again, these pants still had tags on them. Because I didn't have a receipt, the lady was rude & wouldn't exchange them. I can understand if I wanted my money back or the tags were taken off, however, I simply wanted a size bigger. It's policies like this is why Children's Place is going out of business. I will never shop Children's Place again.

Horrible return policy! I tried to exchange sandals and sunglasses that didn't fit my son. I purchased them a week before and couldn't find the receipt so I expected a store credit which was fine because I just needed a different size. They refused to return the items for even store credit or exchange. They offered for me to call a 1-800 number to track down the receipt and after waiting on hold for 10 minutes at the register, I gave up. Wal-mart and Target can find a transaction by swiping a card. If The Children's Place wants to have such a strict return policy then they should have better software to find purchases. Also the store manager's attitude was not great or helpful!

The variety of school uniforms is awesome. The store associates were friendly. My one complaint is that I spent $130 and they couldn’t give me a free bag. Literally walked around the mall with a huge stack of clothes bc they charge 15 cents per bag. I understand that it’s 15 cents, but still I think I paid for my bag with how much a spent in the store! It’s not like a grocery store where you use multiple bags…I only needed one! If it’s such a big deal switch to paper bags! I guess It’s ok for us to liter the planet for 15 cents.

I could not have been more thankful for the assist of Dana. My daughter was having a team party and spilled on her shirt and we needed a new outfit asap. Dana was very quick and thorough to get her just what she needed and we still made it on time. Good work Dana!

We love TCP!!! We’ve been customers for 20+ years. Dana, the store manager is always so helpful and friendly!! Definitely 5 stars all around!

I came to do an online order pick up and only received part of it. The last rudely placed the box on the counter and was extremely dismissive of me as if she had too much going on. She didn't verify that everything was in the package and once I realized she wasn't coming back to bag or check the box I asked "can I at least get a bag or two so I don't have to carry the big box?" She did oblige on that note. I go home only to see an email that a packed was left behind. If she hadn't been so overworked maybe I wouldn't have had to make a second trip back to the store. I've been a customer of children's place for over fifty years.... Do better
