I’ve been going here for years and it’s such an under rated alternative to Plato’s closet. They offer a better variety of unique items and they take more of your items to buy. My personal favorite to uncover some hidden gems that you couldn’t find anywhere else!

Sunny & clean store with lots of unique clothing sorted by vibe (bohemian, fairy core) as well as by color.i don’t trade so much any more as I usually buy clothes used and wear them till they’re done, and I don’t go often to the east side as I used to. Good shopping for my teen daughters! I love the shoes!!

I went in to ask about how trade works. Trunk full of clean, folded nice stuff. The person (short, big ponytail) at the counter was so rude and unwelcoming. I asked her if their system is similar to buffalo exchange. “I dunno how buffalo exchange works.” Ok that’s cool no problem. I say ok no worries how does it work for you guys? Silence and big stare at me. Unhelpful to say the least. Rude and unwelcoming for sure. I felt so awkward and unwelcome. I just turned around and left. And what sucks more is that I stopped in last night to ask if they were still accepting trades for the day. I was politely greeted by a nice person (blond, young) and without acting annoyed at all, she asked me to come back the next day. All the while that blond staff member was working on closing duties and still took the time just to be nice to me! I never leave reviews on Google etc., especially not negative reviews. But this was so bad and people should know! Especially the management at this location.

I like the store. The clothes are great, lots of selection, almost all in great condition, prices fair. As a seller thought they give you very little. The last time I was there they bought eleven items and gave me 22 dollars. That was literally $2 an item. I feel they should be more upfront about their buying process, are they offering g 50% or 25% of what they will price it that.
