Highly recommend this clinic for transgender patients seeking GAHT! I had been getting hormones through the Yuba City PP, but they started refusing my insurance so I switched to this clinic. I wish I had been going here from the start -- The waiting room feels comfortable and has Wi-Fi, and the staff is very friendly & organized. Maybe my timing was just lucky (1PM on a weekday), but the waiting room was nearly empty & my appointment started right on time. My bloodwork visit took 45 minutes, compared to 2+ hours at the Yuba clinic. This clinic is also much better about keeping the patient portal up-to-date. Only 4/5 stars since I got a call later in the day saying my nurse accidentally used the wrong vial so I have to do it again next week. Inconvenient but not the end of the world, just be sure to schedule visits well before your meds run out in case of a delay like this.

Safe, compassionate, competent, clean, lovely. Here you will recieve skilled and sensitive care. I am so thankful for everyone who helped me. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I'll definitely be returning for any care that I may need.

I literally never do this; (leave reviews) After having a hard time with my own personal practitioner to get an appointment scheduled to have my iud removed or even a simple well check did I make an appointment for the well check at this location after receiving nothing accommodating from my own providers. I literally lose my wallet on the way to the appointment and not only did they still check me in and treat me with a photo copy but also suggested it to me in the first place. I arrived early and was treated promptly and gently by the nurse and practitioner. (Being called and immediately seen about 15 min after my scheduled appointment) The experience was so quick and the staff was so accommodating to my requests of having iud removed and also switching my birth control all in the same appointment. The nurses were so accommodating, gentle, and also amazing listeners; it was this staff specifically that drove me to write this and I appreciate the treatment I received today. Thanks staff >

One of the best places you can go. 13/10 recommended. The nurses and the docs are incredibly friendly and well educated. They are kind and understanding. Their office is beautiful and welcoming. I felt very comfortable, listened to, and informed. Highly recommend if you're in need of health care.

Getting a vasectomy scheduled was a bit of a hassle but the staff and doctors are very knowledgeable and I appreciate the care and time they gave me. Most places will tell you the min and try to get you out the door but they cleared up any questions and could go more indepth than I even knew was possible with the subject. Carlos was especially nice and made me feel very comfortable talking about very private things.

Amazing place, the staff were some of the nicest I've met. Long waits and appointment time but it's very thorough and they're very caring. It was never feeling like I'm wastinv my time. Props to RN Bryan! Love your hair!

The services this PPH provides are not only medically superb but their thoughtfulness is stellar. Friday mornings protestors are preaching to the cars and trying to block people from getting services so PPH provides escorts to help shield clients from the harassment. They care.

After a number of bad physician clinics, I was stressed out and I almost gave up hope with taking care of my healthcare issues. When I found this place it was like a breath of fresh air. They totally relieved me of my stress and the customer service was great. They made me feel comfortable during my entire visit. Most of all I have Medicaid health insurance and I was not treated nothing less than a five star patient. I would totally recommend this place for all your Gynecological needs!!!!!
