El personal que me atendio hoy fue muy grosero,iva a comprar un rifle y me decia que volviera mas tarde o otro dia, a ver si tenian mas, despues me iva vender uno que tenian en display y afuerzas me queria vender otra arma que no queria yo. Al ultimo regreso el manegador muy grosero y me dijo que no me iva vender nada a mi que queria que mi esposo hiciera un background check afuerzas y que no me iva vender a mi.

Muy Mal servicio tienen puro panzon que responden las preguntas de mal humor y con poco profecionalismo deverian poner a jente con ganas de trabajar por algo les pagan ( la mayoria son racistas) 0 star

Walked in with my girlfriend, got a "Hello, welcome" by two of the employees and that was the last communication we had with all five employees. That is until I asked a question. One employee stood right in front of me and didn't even acknowledge me. You lost a couple of gun and firing range purchases. We were also looking to take the classes. Was it because we are women? Was it because we are black women? I don't know.

Their on hold message is annoying. I called ahead and was left on hold while the guy went looking for a hunting vest. I had to hang up cause the automated on hold message kept repeating for 10 mins and the guy never came back. Got to the store and they had nothing in clothing So no real hunting vests only tactical vest. I’m sure it’s a great store for some but my experience was trash. 👎

All the staff there is very unfriendly always in a bad mood and you seem to be bothering them. God forbid you ask a question cause they treat you like you’re dumb would not ever recommend this place to anyone go to yellow mart.

If you call they put you on a hold for longer than 5 min. Along with that they never have enough staff to keep up with people coming in. Overall you are better off going yo Golden State Armory down the i10

I spend allot of money and take in allot of knowledge from ATF directly to know what I can and can not have in good old california. I try to bring in people to see what turners at PD has to offer but they always end up disliking the place. 1 out of 5 workers have no idea what they are talking about and that makes a discussion turn into a worker yelling at a customer and that will push people away from the range. Why buy firearms from someone who dont know the law.
