There are no words to describe my gratitude to this clinic and the staff there. My wife has immigrated to the US for about a month and is still waiting for her green card and SSN. We were really frustrated to find a doctor when we found out my wife was pregnant because this medical system here in the US is so complicated. We did come to an urgent care and were charged $500 to confirm that my wife was pregnant. It cost that much because my wife did not have insurance. But how can she have insurance when she has not received any paperwork or documents. There is a loop, and we were stuck there for a week. Fortunately, we found Real Option on Google and read some reviews about it. It seemed a good place, so I decided to call them and explain my situation. The lady who listened to my call was very calm, warm, and supportive. She helped me schedule an appointment. When the appointment day came, we arrived there, and everyone tried their best to help us. They explained everything clearly. My wife got the urine test again and an ultrasound. That is the first time we can see our baby. We had waited for this moment for 2 weeks since the first time my wife tested positive with a fertility test. This clinic is clean and beautiful. It makes me feel calm and warm. They also gave us some gifts for the baby and a kit for 1st-time parents. And everything come with zero cost. Wow, I love them. Please call this clinic if you are in the same situation as us. This place is truly exceptional! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED .As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted with a warm smile, making an outstanding first impression. They have different services from STD TESTING , PT, ultrasound , LOSS support and much more .The service is top-notch, starting with Alma at the front desk, who handles scheduling and insurance matters with friendliness and efficiency.Unfortunately , I wasn't eligible with medical so I have to pay out of pocket for a low cost but still she makes the process quick and effortless. Thanks to the wonderful nurse Lisa my experience was outstanding.Her kindness, professionalism, and calming nature put me at ease. Her warm demeanor and clear communication made the experience smooth. Thanks to Beth who took the time to talk to me, explaining everything with patience and understanding, answering all my questions . Thank you all for your fantastic care and incredible helpfulness! This place is truly exceptional!

Excellent, discrete and most positive support you can imagine. Very clean and organized office with great equipment. They offered a lot of resources for the mom and dad. Love this office!

I was very stressed when I found out I was pregnant in the middle of moving out of state and with no medical insurance but Real Options took such amazing care of me and took all my anxiety away. Incredibly welcoming and friendly staff, rooms are all spacious and perfectly clean. We got to see our baby, hear the heartbeat and get the reassurance we needed that the pregnancy is going well before moving. I’m so glad I was able to find them and will highly recommend to any friends or family here that need any sort of help that they offer here.

The entire staff has been amazing! Extremely attentive, thorough, informative, and reassuring the entire appt. From the front desk to Terry being able to walk me through every detail of this new journey and nurse Rebecca being very hands on. Lovely staff - grateful for a great experience!

I am so grateful that I found this place. Have been struggling with my yeast infection and other woman health issue, but it could not be solved from previous hospital or clinics even I paid much more. Nice little facility with really helpful and friendly staff with minimal wait. Chris is my practitioner nurse who has great advice and helped me to get effective medication with most affordable price. I came back for regular check ups and feel like home. Definitely recommend!
