I ordered embroidered towels was told at the time of transaction that it would take 2-3 weeks to get it back. Didn’t receive them back until week 4. Aside from that right out of the gift wrap packaging not even used let alone washed the baby towel with the hoodie has a string pulled out. I reached out 2 times via phone no one answered and then listened to the prompt to send an email to the sales email provided and to this day still no response. Not worth all this wait for a damaged product.

This is the loveliest store with such amazing baby things. Recently I was in a rush and needed a thoughtful gift so I called ahead. Meg put together the most perfect gift complete with themed rattle and book all within my budget. I was in and out with gift wrap in 5 min. The mom to be loved her gift! I’ve never written a review in my life but felt compelled to for this precious store. I’ve shopped here frequently since my son was born and have always had good experiences and find the cutest things. Recently, I placed a pick up order for my son’s Easter outfit. It wasn’t until after closing time when I opened up my order and realized there was a mix up and I had the wrong order. I messaged the store on instagram and they responded immediately. The next day the sweet owner, Chaffee, drove my order to my house (over twenty min away) at 9:00 am on a Saturday so that my son could wear it to his Easter egg hunt that morning. It was so appreciated and so so kind of her to go out of her way to deliver my son his adorable outfit! Will definitely be shopping here for years to come

What an absolute delight of a store! Was immediately helped in picking out a baby birthday gift. The store is a breath of fresh air with some of the cutest outfits I have ever seen. My new go to store!!

The most incredible little store with the most incredible employees that take the time to get to know you, your children, and your tastes. The client service is just top-notch. Can’t recommend Chaffee, her team, and her sweet store enough!

I can't believe I'm writing a negative review, but my experience at this shop was deeply disappointing & disgusting. I've been a loyal customer since my son's birth and loved their clothes. As a young mom, I felt judged every time I walked in; it was clear they assumed I couldn't afford their pricey items. I endured the judgment because I liked their selections, but their customer service was consistently terrible. I've never felt welcome there, and eventually, I found boutiques with similar quality clothes that treated me with respect. Now, the real reason for this scathing review: an employee at Baby Braithwaite shared my personal information without my consent!!! I'm appalled that they would violate my privacy in such a way. I'll never set foot in this store again, and I strongly advise against it. There are plenty of other boutiques in Atlanta with superior service that won't compromise your privacy or make you feel uncomfortable.

I had been searching the internet for an item that was sold out everywhere else and finally found it on Baby Braithwaite’s website. It shipped quickly and arrived in 3 days! They even included a free gift. Highly recommend!
