Monica, Mona, and Kassandra were all so sweet and attentive when caring for my sister. It was fast, easy, and very friendly. They made sure to explain everything to her as it was happening and were super patient with us. Thank you ladies!!

I wouldn’t recommend. My experience was not good. Doctor was amazing but staff under her had poor work. I had a scheduled appointment but didn’t get called back until 45 mins after. People that were line after me got called and were out the door before me. Once I finally got back there I still ended up waiting. All the things that took place after were unorganized and unprofessional 👎🏽

I set up my appointments online. Easy. I show up 30min before scheduled like they tell me to. With a mask on also like they tell me to. I haven't felt like the waiting to be seen takes too much of my day since I just try to occupy myself. Boring? Yes. Forever? No. Every front desk lady I've spoken to is chill. Never any attitude or issues. Same goes for the nurse doctor ladies. Idk what their titles are. So pardon me. There was one day I came in at the wrong time for an appointment I scheduled and as I was rescheduling, I overheard that they were running behind and that a walk-in can take an hour of waiting or even over that. I never try to do walk-ins because of this. Idk how often they get busy. You can try to do walk-ins, but I guess to suggest not having plans for that day. I think the Fulton location is closer to me than this one is, but I much prefer this location due to what it's surrounded by. Plus, there's better parking. It gives off being safe and clean. I appreciate the team and their persistent hard work

Service is very kind and thorough! I felt cared for and was given specific information to provide a safe experience. They took me in the same day I called and all nurses were kind!
