Covington Senior Living of Orem Utah

Convington is a wonderful place filled with caring staff and highly qualified professionals. My Father has been in their Memory Care facility since the end of January and they have taken excellent care of him. Their facility is beautiful, they have great activities for the residents and the staff is responsive and is always keeping me informed of how he is doing and making sure that he is happy and adjusting well.

For anyone making the difficult decision to move a loved one to assisted living, please consider Covington in Orem. Our sister thrived there, enjoying all the activities, food and friendships. The employees and staff were absolutely amazing. They went out of their way to be kind, helpful and inclusive. We all came to love and appreciate them as our Covington family. When the time came to move her to extended/memory care, the level of care was everything we hoped it could be. We will sing the praises of Covington Orem always!

I highly recommend Covington Living in Orem. The employees truly are what makes a place special, and Memory Care staff are a huge part of the great atmosphere. Over time we built a familial bond with staff members, bringing him there created a long-lasting experience due to your meaningful and loving care. My dad passed away about 6 years ago. My mom was doing good on her own until she wasn’t. It seemed to come on fast but we knew the loneliness and her limited social circle was shrinking when she stopped driving. She lost confidence in doing what she’s always loved and her health started to decline. We moved her into Covington where my sister had spent a couple years after a stroke and absolutely loved it. She is thriving there and has made so many friends. I see the light coming back into her eyes and her self worth has loneliness have dissipated. It’s amazing to me how much we need people especially as we age. Their activities are perfect and the combination they offer gives her plenty of options to pick and choose what she wants to do. The staff has been so kind and helpful and when needs have come up they have been accommodating. The food is wonderful and they have options that are always available. I would highly recommend Covington to anyone I know and if you are wrestling with where to put someone you love more than anything I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Covington Memory Care did a great job caring for my father physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It means a lot to me the genuine care and concern given by the staff to him and all the residents there.

It was a very hard decision to have my mom leave her home and go live in a senior care facility but Covington has made the transition wonderful. I feel great peace knowing that my mom is taken care of and loved. All the staff show such kindness and love to all the residents. From the moment you walk in to Covington you feel the love. Jeni, at the front desk, welcomes everyone and works so hard to make sure everyone gets questions answered and gets where they need to go. The directors and medical staff are always helping. Everyone jumps in to help when help is needed even if that isn’t there assigned responsibility. The food is good with options for the residents. I would recommend Covington to anyone.

My parents came to the Covington in September 2017 right after opening. It is such a nice place and they have flourished in the environment. The staff is helpful and caring. Yes, the director is passionate about her work with seniors and gets rave reviews in the community. We wanted the best for our parents, and recommend the Covington without reservation. Of great importance to my parents was the quality of the food. (I've had experiences in other assisted living facilities where I would not eat the food). I eat the food consistently at the Covington to share the dining experience with my parents and have very few complaints. They do all of my parent's medications. Communication is the key and they are always willing to listen. They have wonderful activities and I would say the residents living there have become friends who know each other by name. It's not perfect, but one of the best around!

Last month my Mom was in need of moving into a memory care facility. After researching and visiting several facilities along the Wasatch front, Covington Senior Living was an easy choice that we are very happy with. The facility is beautiful and has a homey and comfortable feel. The staff is genuine, cheerful, caring and helpful. They do an excellent job of being aware of the residents and their needs. Each time I visit my Mom at Covington I have complete confidence and peace of mind that she is being well cared for. I would recommend Covington Senior Living to anyone looking for an excellent care facility for their loved one.
